Hattoy’s is a special place that is hard to find in today’s market. Is it a little out of the way to get to for some people? Maybe…..But it is SO worth it.

The garden selection is top quality, with a huge selection and incredible prices. The staff KNOWS WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT!! You’re not getting big box store customer service at Hattoy’s….you’re getting experts that are friendly and are there to help and guide you with your selection.

Also….if you need pellets for the cold RI winter….look no further. Again, a great selection and they know what they’re talking about. We shopped at two different stores for our stove, and both places told us to go to Hattoy’s for pellets…”they only carry quality”

Hattoy's came highly recommended to us by extended family when we first moved here. Every one of our visits has been great. The people are so nice and the quality of their items is unmatched. We went to grab a bunch of awesome pumpkins today. Highly recommend this be your garden center!

Ron and Justin from Rocky's came out and removed two huge brush piles. Excellent job and reasonable rates. I recommend them highly.

Had Rockys do some work for us this past summer. Once Ronnie came out, it took 5-6 weeks of me calling them to have them "squeeze in" our yard work. ( note, when he came to my house, he said they would call me the next week with a date for the job)

Job was left unfinished! There was a large tree in our yard that was not taken all the way down, there are large tree pieces in my yard, and trees where not taken down to stumps, as I was told they would be. The large tree ended up having a chain link fence around its base.... which I would have to remove. I only found out about this once I called rockys, and asked why they were not finishing the job. I told them this was not a problem, I wish their tree service people had said something to be when there were here, but I was told they would come back and finish the job I had paid for.

It's now been 10 weeks since I was told by the secretary at Rockys that they would be back to finish. I'm pretty sure they took my money but did not finish their job.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone... avoid it, like they avoid scheduling clients, my phone calls, and finishing their job at my house.

I Ordered a cord of wood delivered THEY gave me the time themselves early morning. Not Only did they not come after I took work time off from work they never even called I left four messages during the day, Absolute rednecks unprofessional don’t use them or use Thompson’s native would totally professional and better wood

These guys came out on a Sunday and worked in ridiculous heat and humidity. Very professional and very friendly. Price to remove several limbs 30+ feet in the air and limbs 10' high was very reasonable. Will use them againand recommend.

I've said it before and I will say it again. A homeowners ability to maintain and repair their properties is only as easy and good as the folks they can find. We found the best in Ron's guys at Rocky's. First the fact that Ron actually calls you back is huge - that he actually followed up with estimates and scheduling in a timely manner is MINDBLOWING! With customer service lacking so much - it is really refreshing that there are businesses out there that get "it" even when they are busy.

As for the service, Dan [is the man!! :-) He was such a pleasure, highly professional, knowledgeable, neat and efficient. I was amazed at the 10+ stumps he made short work off without destroying my property. And his new rig was an impressive piece of equipment!

I highly recommend Ron and Dan and plan to use them exclusively. Folks when you find good people you keep them! Great Work Rockys!
