We went to Hattoy’s for the 1st time today and were so impressed. They had an incredible selection, and the prices were very reasonable. Best of all, there were so many employees available to answer questions. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We go to nurseries all over the state, but Hattoy’s is now my #1!

This is a changed review my last one was 3 years ago. It was a good review too but, Hattoys has gotten better and better over the years and ... I have sent many friends here from other towns that keep coming back!

Picked up 20 bags of barefoot pellets to get us through the year. But Hattoys is the best. Loaded the car for me and I was on my way. These folks are simply the best. Buy local.

I have been to several nurseries in Mass. and RI. looking for specific evergreens and at times unusual shrubs and small trees. Hattoy's by far superceded any nursery I have gone to. Ray was very welcoming and knowledgeable and the other staff I encountered were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I worked with Ray one on one throughout my visit. I definitely will be returning. If you have a green thumb or having someone doing the work, this place is a must to go to you will be pleased.

Excellent service and quality of product. Their annuals and perennials were all in great shape and they had a great selection. Prices for those were very reasonable. Many trees and shrubs available, along with mulch, fertilizer and advice.

I've had great success buying all my bushes, Lawn seed and Fertilizers over the past 30 some years. Their prices are reasonable and competitive and their staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of lawn, Tree and Shrub. I highly recommend this being the place to buy from.

Changes to 3 stars . We bought an expensive plant and a lot of other trees and scrubs. The salesman was unsure if few would grow cuz it was late in the season. Nevertheless he assured us if they didn’t we could return and he would exchange them. Well it didn’t grow and when my husband went to return he said we couldn’t get another one. We were confused but he just lost a customer . I’ll take my business elsewhere. We spent 1000 in that place just in one day.

My friend and I make an annual pilgrimage to Hattoys every Spring and we drop a good amount of cash. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lot's of new parking this year!!

Exemplary customer service. Wonderful selection. Exceptionally well cared for plants, and very very reasonable prices. I discovered this nursery 2 weeks ago and I've been three times since. Absolutely my new favorite place to go. Thank you to all of their staff for being so wonderful!

Bought shrubs and mulch last week, and I was so pleased with Hattoy's. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff! A gentleman there, helped me pick out the perfect shrubs for my front yard. I'm so happy! Every plant I bought is super healthy and vibrant, perfect addition to the landscape. Thank you Hattoy's, you've just gained another satisfied customer! Can't wait to go back for more beautiful shrubs and plants!!

I wish I discovered them earlier! I could not be more happy and amazed with this shop! They’re plants are cheaper than Cooperate stores AND you can tell the quality is so much better. I will definitely be going there from now on for all my gardening needs! The staff I can’t say enough nice things about them, they’re so nice, are very helpful, and you can tell they are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! I absolutely love it there! 10/10 recommend!

What a kind bunch of folks. Thank you for gifting our family and many others with a gorgeous Christmas tree this year. Not many business owners understand how privileged they are, so to meet someone who admits life is hard to afford lately and wants to help out making others seasons bright was absolutely delightful. Great nursery, pleasant location, and very friendly staff. I was impressed because they had every item on my list in stock, which was awesome given that I had already stopped at three other garden centers in the same day before coming to this one. Next time, I’ll come to Hattoy’s first! They also had a great selection of trees, shrubs, flowers, and general gardening supplies.

I have been going to Hattoy's Nursery for 2 years now to purchase wood pellets for my stove. I have been very happy with the process, the employees are always friendly and very helpful. I receive a call in the springtime about next years pellet prices which allows me to pre buy them. When I go in the fall to pick them up there is always someone there waiting to load them. I highly recommend this co.

Excellent garden center, prices were fair and they had just about everything we had been looking for. Two cherry trees, garden stakes and lots of flowers. We had wanted to get grape vines but they had been infested with what looked like thripes so we skipped. Also looking for garlic sets which we did not find. All in all, we will definitely be back for more. Staff was very knowledgable and very helpful.

I purchased wood pellets from Hattoys. I was very flexible on delivery dates times and paid in full, in advance. When contacted for delivery I specified that the delivery driver sent last year wasn’t skilled or good and asked he not be sent. The same driver was sent. He was rude and unprofessional. He dropped pallets in the middle of the driveway 40 feet away from the designated location and just would not cooperate. In the process , Bags of pellets were ripped open and damaged. I called the office and discussed with Mark and although he was sympathetic, he offered no real help or even to refund the delivery charge. I’m very unsatisfied with their service.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to share tips. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. Always an amazing experience. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Quality plants that will last. Spend the little.bit extra and dont go to the box stores. You will not be disappointed.

Purchased 5 evergreens back in the spring and had them delivered, my landscaper planted them all next to each other and we watered them all the same regularly. One of them is dieing all the others look great, when I called and asked for some resolution I was offered 20% of a new one if I still had my receipt.
Not the service I was expecting. Very disappointing.

My brother bought hydrangeas from here. We watered it daily. Within 3 days it looked horrible. Now we are not stupid we now what beds to be done to maintain a healthy plant. after 6 days it was dead. We called and were told to bring it in for %20 off. I thought if we explained and they saw what it looked like they would at least give %50 off another plant. We were treated like dummies and looked at with disbelief like we didn't have e a clue. I tried to explain it's possible for 1 plant to die but we were told if it was an epidemic maybe. Told them to keep the plant and left. Too bad we have a new house that needs a lot of work outside and my brother lives this place e. Never good again after this. horrible.
