Rocky's need to get it together there is no communication. Called and asked for a quote, someone came out. I hired them, they came to do the job and said they could not do that for that price because they needed a lift. They re-quoted came out a second time, didn't do the work because they never made sure the lift was available for that day, didn't call the other company back just assumed the lift would be there. Had to re-schedule, this is now two days I took off from work to be there and still didn't get job done. When they did finally come they did a good job but we setup to have more tress taken down. They called and setup appointment for a day, they came out, I had one date they said they had another didn't do the work because he didn't feel comfortable without me being there, even though they we had discussed what needed to be done twice. We re-scheduled, this time my wife took day out of work, they didn't show up. I called them to see where they were and they said they could not make it because the rain the week before backed them up. So now my wife had taken a day off and still, job not done. If they were backed up from the week before, that is understandable, but to not call the customer and let them know is inexcusable. They don't communicate with anyone. i thought this was a great company but I have since told them I am done an will find someone else. I stuck it out for a year and a half with Rocky's but to me if you can't call, you can't communicate, you are not worth my money. If you hire this company, make sure you call them and verify they are coming to do the job or you may be left sitting around waiting for a no-call, no-show. I would not recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated, very unprofessional in many aspects.

The crew from Rock’s was friendly, professional, and highly efficient. They not the did the job at hand, but made useful recommendations for additional cutting and trimming while on the job. Those recommendations did not lead to significant cost increase at all; rather they were surprisingly minimal, adding significant value to the overall effort. I will use them again for future work and highly recommend them.

I am so happy I discovered this gem this season! Beautiful selection of annuals and veggies and you can tell all plants are well cared for. Prices are very reasonable, and the customer service is really outstanding. You’ll find lots of unique varieties along with your standards for annuals and veggies. Definitely my new go-to for local nurseries, and so nice to have a non big-box option!

Very helpful staff - we've gone there multiple times and they have a great selection of flowers and plants. Most recently I went today to get some bags of organic compost for our garden. if you're in or around Coventry / West Greenwich, you'd be hard pressed to find a better nursery and garden center!
