The TruGreen employee who aerated my yard today did an excellent job. He was quick and very professional. When he was finished it looked like my yard was lightly tilled. I am going to plant some grass seed now that my yard has been aerated properly.

The service is a 5 ⭐️ just keep in mind to watch some specialist that think you’re not watching them and they don’t do their job like they’re supposed to and say they did. The specialist Lamar B was exceptional 5⭐️ to him

The gentleman was very professional and kind but I cancelled with your company. The person who signed me up did not tell me the truth on cost and my appointments have been cancelled three times and NEVER NOTIFIED. Then I got charged and outrageous amount when I called the very last time I only wanted the treatment for 40.00 dollars and not to charge anything more than the 40.00 dollars when I called to see why noboby showed up for a scheduled visit. I CANCELLED MY SERVICE AND DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ALL THE HEADACHES THIS COMPANY DEALT ME. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY DONT TELL THE TRUTH.

Darryl did and amazing job explaining things to me and the process of weeds dying. He walked me around my entire property to show me the areas that the chemicals were working. He was patient and answered all my concerns. I greatly appreciated his patience and professionalism. He is the only specialist I trust tending to my yard.

Dustin was The young man who serviced our lawn today was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He showed great respect for our furry companions, which is truly important to us. Everyone who has come to our home has been fantastic so far. Not sure which location he is in, but so far everyone has been great

I used this company for about 6 months and that was way too long. The most recent incident was today when they arrived for a lime treatment. My wife was home and the employees spoke to her, and within 10 minutes they were gone. My yard is over half an acre and they were applying pelletized lime with a push spreader. Impossible to do that much work in that amount of time. They were just simply not doing the work and charging me for it. I had suspected this on previous visits but was never home to prove it.

So I call the customer service and was told they would redo the application at no cost, they assured me they would send someone that they could count on. I appreciated this but in my frustration I ask, why wouldn’t you send someone you could count on the first time? The rep stated that he didn’t control who was sent. So I ask, how can you assure me that you’re sending a trusted employee for a reapplication if you don’t control who is sent? Immediately he started backtracking, and stated that he can control all aspects of the business. So I politely ask if he can control closing my account. He quickly closed it, and did not try to talk me out of it. Pretty much admitted they were not doing the hired job and that he was just giving lip service to attempt to keep my business.

I would not use this company again. But if you do, I would advise only allowing them to work when you are at home to watch and assure they do the work you are paying for.

Kudos to Mr. Darryl Green!!👏🏽👏🏽 He deserves all gold stars⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his service & consultation. I very much appreciate his taking the time to educate me on "Army Worms". I had never heard of them before. He informed me that the worms particularly like Bermuda grass (which I have), and explained how they hatch, turn into moths, eat my grass, ultimately killing it and causing the lawn to turn brown. As a demonstration, he sprayed certain areas of the yard, and I couldn't believe my eyes when so many moths flew out of the grass to escape the chemical!! Please give him a great BIG thank you from me.

This is our first service with TruGreen. Michael G rang our doorbell and did a good job. We will update our review once we have additional services/ treatments performed by them.

My landsape technician, Myron, showed up to perform service. Again he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. On this visit he was training another technician, which reflects his abilities as a leader and instructor. I had questions about dead spot, he recommended spiking the dead areas, and adding black cow compost. He reassured me that he thought we could get it turned around and looking good. Great service again.

Met Dominic at the door, discussed the application for today. Not long after he finished, we got rain which will help water in the granular application.

TruGreen has been providing excellent service and care for my lawn for almost two years now. They value loyal customers and they're prices are reasonable. My technician, Dustin T, is a knowledgeable professional. He not only does a great job but he provides me with information about what I need to do to have an amazing lawn. I highly recommend this company!

I’m the pickiest person in the world and I love TRUE GREEN, their service is amazing, they always answer your questions and never try to hurry on the job, they take their time and focus on your lawn needs and always makes the customer happy! Customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced in my life with any company. I will keep my service forever and the people feel like family and I treat them like family. Every one should try this service at least one time and see for yourself just how unbelievable this company is ♥️

First treatment for my lawn from TruGreen completed by Skyler and Tyler. These two individuals were Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job and were very careful to explain everything that they did and also some very helpful tips. Moving forward to keep my Lawn, healthy, and green. Very impressive first treatment.

The TruGreen tech who serviced my lawn today is a "Tru" professional. We spoke before he began the treatment, where he provided details of the work. He moved purposeful around the lawn while spraying it. Afterwards he provided the usual report of the treatment, conditions he observed, and what I should expect. Just a pleasant guy. The reassurance that he was doing the right thing out there was appreciated

First treatment today so no results yet but Lamar was great and educated everyone

8/12/25 UPDATE: TruGreen contacted my uncle but ghosted him again after he told them how much he spent on repairing the yard. We are STILL waiting for the callback as promised. Someone needs to help us get this resolved.

Avoid this location at all costs. My uncle owns a large piece of property in Fayetteville and Trugreen completely demolished his yard by over-treating it. They kept denying that was the cause and we called over 10 times to try and get the issue remediated. Finally, they had just outright ignored us and we had to completely redo the entire lawn. He had to put down 23 pallets of grass (almost half an acre) after they killed all of the grass. The vendor mentioned that they had multiple incidents like this with Trugreen and to not use their services. They will not take responsibility and this is absolutely horrendous for a company that literally makes their business primarily on lawn care. I will be reaching out to corporate and BBB to report this. (The image is showing the grass that was destroyed on the left and the right is the replacement grass.)

Just a few visits into my new services and I am very pleased with all that I have experienced. The App keeps you informed with push notifications and the techs that have performed the work have been very helpful in explaining what they are doing and what to expect going forward.
