Cordel was fantastic! He took some extra time to help me understand some draining issues we have in the backyard and gave great ideas about what to do about that even though it really had nothing to do with the service he provided today. Then took some time to walk the yard with me with extra hints to make the lawn look fabulous. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions.

Jon's visit today went very well. Jon let me know what he would be doing and was very respectful and attentive. He answered my questions in terms I could understand. Good job!

Very polite, quick service, and I hope I get to see great results. It’s my first time using this service which is to treat the weeds in my grass and it has fertilizer as well.

I had a buddy recommend this company, which it seemed great at first. My yard looks ten times worse than it did when they started almost a year ago. There was a different tech each time they decided to show up, and I explained how bad it was getting and they said they would take care of it. The last tech that showed up was over a month ago. He didn't even acknowledge me even though I was standing in the front yard while he was there. They have the combination to get in my back yard, which is a five foot tall fence. So he decides to climb my fence twice and treat the back yard. I made a call to let them know how bad the yard is and they said they would have somebody out to treat. They never scheduled anything. So I called to cancel, since I am paying them to kill my yard. They offered a half off treatment to come out and keep my business. They never came before. I wish I had never wasted my money, now it will cost more to fix my yard. Satisfaction guarantee is a smoke screen. I do not recommend this company. I also had the mosquito service and they were not scheduled to come until the end May, it should have started in April.

BEWARE! NEVER USE TRUGREEN!

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. TruGreen (that's a joke) literally destroyed my yard that I just spent over $9,000 getting professionally sodded and landscaped.

From the very first visit they lied about putting an application of lime down and ignored the instructions to talk to me before treating the lawn (had just sodded within the past 6 weeks).

After the next 2 visits I noticed what appeared to be burn spots on the lawn. I expressed my concern and they said just water it more (I had been watering 3x a week for 20mins already). So I increased it to everyday. I noticed only some improvements by the next visit and they told me I could reduce the watering and it should be fine.

It only got worse... and then I started noticing weeds popping up everywhere. So I called back.

This time they claimed it was mole crickets and fungus. So I paid for both. Then they decided it only needed fungus treatment and aeration. So I did that too.

Fast forward two months. Now my entire yard is covered in weeds, there are dead patches all over the yard, and a TruGreen manager has still not called me back after all of this time of complaints and requests to have a call. So I canceled and requested a refund. BTW the TruGreen Guarantee does not mean a money-back guarantee. They made that clear!!!

Now after two weeks of spamming me with calls (never a Manager though) and asking me what TruGreen can do to help and asking me to tell this story over and over again... they finally partially refunded me.

BUT my yard is still destroyed... So my advice... NEVER USE TRUGREEN!

They will not knocknon the door to let me know they are here. They just show up in my backyard. It is a good thing I have a nice dog. Canceling after this year. My yard does not look any better wither spraying it than it did when we did it ourselves.

Paid for my entire property to be treated, including shrubs. They skipped the backyard over half the time over a year period. Somehow missed nematodes that were affecting my lawn quality. My lawn looks worse today than before they started. I contacted customer service 2 months ago and they promised to do better, but my lawn did not improve nor did they do any testing or real analysis.

Tech. falsely represented himself and TruGreen by acknowledging that he completed a service. The tech. did a drive by turned around and parked in front of my neighbor's home. He then exited the vehicle and walked over to my property put a TruGreen tag in my yard returned to his vehicle and left the area. The entire sequence of events took place in less than three minutes. I have all the events captured on my exterior security cameras. This has happened to me before and I canceled my service with TruGreen. Now it has happened again, but this time I have proof. I'm thinking about canceling again. But one thing for sure I don't want this same tech. to service my property ever again. As I said to the customer service representative when I reported this fraudulent act. This is not the first time this tech. did this. In closing I hope this fraudulent act is handled accordingly and the appropriate actions are taken. I also would appreciate if someone in management would follow-up with me on this matter. Thank you for your time.

I’ve purchased many items at this location, and the staff has always been very helpful. They’re great at directing you to exactly what you need, making every visit quick and easy. Prices are always low as well, you will find good deals in store

If you need landscaping done, do not hesitate to contact Gary! Long story short, I bought a house where the neighbor planted bamboo years ago. It crept into my yard and I was stuck finding someone to remove it. If you have ever dealt with bamboo the. You know it is a living nightmare!
Not only was Gary very reasonable on price, the job is complete and we still talk frequently to make sure everything still looks great. I met with several other companies and was sold when I met Gary. I will continue to give my business for years in the future.

Gary did a great job grading a lot for me. He didn’t quit even when it started to down pour and got the job done so we could move into the next phase.

Gary does a great job of controlling my weeds. He is the only one who has been able to eliminate my weeds. He is very responsible, does a great job, and is a very nice and respectable man.
