Service got rid of all the sandspurs in my yard. So now the grass is growing. It’s all green and beautiful. Guys are very polite and professional.

Technician came to door to explain what service he was there to perform. I provided instructions on how he can get to back yard. You must go to cross street by golf course to access back yard. My house is the second yard from that side. You must not drive on the golf course though. Your Technician understood those instructions.

The technician was very polite and did an excellent job respecting my property. He made sure he understood the treatment and the length of time that it would take

TruGreen ruined my lawn. I have large patches of nothing after 2 treatments. My yard has never looked so bad. Waited all day yesterday for a supervisor to visit my home as promised. No show, not even a phone call. Do not use this service!

Aeration completed today and job was done thoroughly without rushing through the process. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail.

Horrible customer service. We put in our information online to get a quote and start service, someone called us almost immediately, I’m assuming from a call center. They threw a bunch of numbers and packages at us, said she would get us a discount but then said that discount wasn’t working. Tried getting us to commit to a year, but we still weren’t understanding the numbers. Asked if she could send us an email summary or quote or something just so we could see what we were getting, she seemed frustrated and continued to throw numbers and info at us, asked again just for an email so we could visually see, she hung up on us!! Horrible customer service.

Found out a couple weeks ago that the technician thought i had Bermuda and centipede grass so he applied the appropriate fertilizer for those types of grass. Problem is, i have Tall Fescue Sod and i noted that when i purchased my contract. Within weeks, my yard has died and I'm only able to reach call center representatives for help. This is heartbreaking

Bret rand the door bell when he arrived. We reviewed my expectations and he went to work. Good job and he explained the material used and that the expected rain in next couple days will benefit this service.

Had the pleasure of talking to Shaquille Jackson in getting my home serviced. He did great and was able to provide me with the appropriate service. Though he has been with the company for a short while he gave me all the information and recommendations to keep my lawn in tip top shape for the upcoming summer season. I appreciate him and will be recommending him to my neighbors.

I’m really pleased with my lawn so far. All the weeds are Perry much gone! My grass is looking greener and fuller! Except at my front entrance I still have a bare spot. I’m hoping as the treatment continues new grass will grow.

I'm originally from the Midwest and used to dirt and even clay. It's been almost 4 years since I moved to the Sandhills. Trying to control growth and weed control has been difficult. With Trugreen, my lawn is so much healthier. I used their aeration services along with weed control and feed, providing extra lime that turns my lawn green. I love their monthly service. It's affordable and worth it. My lawn is so much healthier now. It is very thick.

If you care about your shrubs and grass appearance, this is the route to go. Trugreen has truly made a difference in my grass appearance. It was depressing so suddenly have brown and bald spots in my grass after all these years. I contacted Trugreen, and they resolved my issues. By this time next year, I should have a golf course appearance.

Technician Marquis, very knowledge and professional in all his duties. Did a fantastic job on my property. It's probably the best service I've had.

This is the first time giving a written accolade for a Trugreen technician. I have had Aeration done previously by the same technician, maybe about 3 times/years. He was always so very pleasant, but about business and went above explaining and offered helpful information. He did the entire yard each visit without hesitation. It even showed on our cameras the thorough job that this technician did. An outstanding job well done!

Shrubs are worst off now. Book 4 months ago. I’ve seen them once. The took my money and ran.

Update. 11 months later after a “solution.” Thousands of dollars spent. So ridiculous.

I'd like to have a little more notice about applications. I'm currently getting one day. This doesn't allow time for me to contact my mowing company to postpone mowing the lawn after TruGreen application. I'd also like to arrange to be present. Thanks for your help.

True Green has amazingly made our yard more beautiful than the 14th hole of the golf course we live on. My husband and I are very happy with their services and products that True Green has provided!
