Good selection of appliances and enough locations nearby to have most things available, if not at one location but another. However, they do suffer from lack of personnel to provide adequate service. One person just can't help 10 people at once. And this is the kind of store that people really need assistance. Seems a trend in all big stores.

The customer service at this Lowe's is the best in central Arkansas. Everything we need plus the expertise to assist us. The guys loading in the Garden Center don't get enough praise for the work they do.

Certified garden section goblin here. There isn't much of a selection outside right now, but that's okay, it's early. There are plenty of those kitchen herbs, like basil and thyme. I also found lavender, which was a welcome surprise, I didn't know they carried that.
The rose bushes are lovely. Mine is doing well since I came here. They water the plants well and I didn't notice any sign of pests in the ones I chose. -
I go here frequently for little things that I need around the house, they are extremely friendly and always ask if they can help me find something. The only downside is they have a smaller selection of the smart home options than their competitors. Other than that, every time has been a great experience.

This store is clean and new but all the employees are still wet behind the ears. I went in on opening weekend and there were no price tags in some parts of the store. Then one of my co-workers went in this week and had to teach the fork lift drivers how to load materials on to a 16' trailer with sides. In time it should be a nice store to shop at, even if it is a bit on the smaller side.

Had a list of items to get while working on a newly purchased house. Wanted to open a Lowe’s Credit Card. Went to customer service, waited in line for 5 minutes with one associate who obviously knew nothing about the computer system. Finally had to have another associate come over and take the customer to store pickup where they needed to be all along. Another associate told me “good luck with this guy” meaning his fellow employee and walked off. Store layout is poor compared to the Bryant and NLR locations. Aisle signs do not face the main aisle to tell you where things are. While throughout the whole store, saw a total of 3 employees in the aisles. Luckily one gave us mediocre service and knew where things were. Got to the checkouts and 6 employees were standing around. Management was nowhere to be found. I’m not a huge fan of Home Depot down the street but at least they have a good layout and employees willing to assist. I’ll either start going there or go to the other Lowe’s in Central Arkansas before I go back to the LR location.

Hate leaving bad reviews but this store has certainly earned it in my experience. I've ordered a few items from them online and they always have an extremely difficult time finding my items when I arrive to pick them up. In spite of my experience I decided to give them another chance and ordered a refrigerator through this store. I received a message stating my item had finally arrived. I've called multiple times to reschedule my delivery date but its proven to be impossible to get anyone within a department to answer the phone. As I type this, I've been sitting here for almost 20 minutes with the phone ringing. It sounds like someone periodically picks up the phone, puts me on hold and then sends me back through the loop. Other than that, this store seems to be well-stocked for the size of the store it is(smaller than your typical lowes). Staff has always been helpful but can be difficult to get help. This store needs more employees.

My happy place to buy plants, great selection and prices!!

I haven't been here in a while. It was not that busy. We actually just came from the big box competitor down the street, who didn't have what we were looking for. We found it here. I was kind of surprised. The lady who worked the register was very nice and looked up some info for us.

Great Lowe's location! To begin with, I love home improvement stores. Lowe's and Home Depot are two of my favorite series, but Lowe's--Lowe's is definitely my favorite of the two. I am super excited that Lowe's opened this location in West Little Rock.
And as far as Lowe's go, it IS an excellent store. It is well organized. The tools section is larger than in some other locations I've frequented. It is at the front, as usual, but the section is more spacious, and some smaller tools have even been relocated to their own aisle!
The employees aren't constantly offering to help me, but they are readily available and super willing to help when asked. This is exactly the way it should be, IMHO.
Previously, the closest location was on McCain in North Little Rock. This Lowe's is a very welcome addition, and definitely deserving of your patronage. -
Great store to find your home needs when it comes to repair and making your house a home.

Way better than Standards. #awesome😊 Got the job ✔️

Less expensive than Home Depot but less customer service. They need to do inventory as their online says they have things but they were out.

It's new and shiny, shelves were pretty well front faced, inventory was fine for what I was looking for. Two items I saw that could be improved, the bits that I was looking for didn't have pricing on the shelf and employees were huddled around center aisle listening to music opposed to seeking out customers to help. It was nice to see another checkout lane open when it got crowded around the 1

This place has all you can ever need the new location here looks to have a better lay out of their inventory inside and outside

If I could give zero stars I would for this specific store, please go elsewhere for appliance purchases. This store is tragic to say the least and the staff are no help. We had the wrong appliance delivered twice and it took a week and a half to get the correct one after arguing with them multiple times. They kept saying it was our fault that the wrong one was being delivered, when it clearly was not. I will never blame their delivery people, but this store does not have it together. We did get money back luckily, but we had to fight tooth and nail to get that. Two work days had to be taken off and they don’t seem to understand that this is a problem when the mistakes kept happening, but they love to point fingers. Also to note the appliance that was finally ours was fully dented in the back, but we said forget it due to we had to tell them just to forget delivering it and we had to pick it up ourselves and the thing worked/you couldn’t see it. 0/10 recommend.

I have been spending a lot of time here lately. And it's grown on me. Recent home ownership has led me to visit this location quite frequently. So as far as the store organized. The staff? Well that's another story (depends on the individual staff member) I do like the brands and some of the deals Lowe's have. Always compare. I plan on continuing to shop here for things like home and garden. Light fixture and tools.

Product availability and employee knowledge is sometimes lacking. While they have a bigger selection than the smaller hardware stores, there’s something to be said for personalized customer service when you walk through the door. It saves so much time for the employee to take one directly to the products that one you’re looking for. I really like that about Ace Hardware.

Online order, wakked in entrance, the door for pickup is locked, went inside, tje older lady with blonde hair says " you need to go outside and to the right" I told her I did, the door is locked, she said " well just wait, someone will show up "

I loved my experience at Lowe’s! I wish I remembered the persons name that helped me because she saved me $350!!

Nice store, great prices and sales, military discount (you have to verify once on their site, then just use your telephone number)
