Tyler provided great service once again. He gave me great information on what to do with the open spaces that were found outside the house and how to repair. Never rushes and answers questions without hesitation. He's a keeper, and I am glad to have him assigned to my home.

We really haven't seen any improvement over the years with your products. the service guys is very nice and explains what he is doing and treating our lawn but we really don't see seasonal change for the better.

This is not aimed at the service techs, they have always been polite and seem to do a decent job. The product for the yard- our yard always looked nice but it also looks the same as a neighbor who does not have any treatment done. They will constantly call and try to upsell you other services even after asking to have your number removed from their sales lists. They do have a catchy rebuttal but it always ends in hanging up on them because they don't take no as an answer. The customer service on the termite side is lacking. The pricing is also very high compared to other companies that are more welcoming and easier to communicate with while offering the same product/services.

This is a reliable company that I have used for the past five years. No brown patches of grass and no weeds or crap grass. Fairway Lawns is a professional service that knows how to treat your grass and its customers. They follow-up consistently. I highly recommend you to their services. Blessings 🙏. -- JH

As a first time customer of Fairway Lawns early this year, I would like to highlight my initial interactions. First, my sign up experience was a breeze. I had seen one of my neighbors yard signs and called Fairway. I didn’t know about the referral program! It was so great for my sweet elderly neighbor to get a bonus but we also a received a bonus! Secondly, I must give a shout out to my technician, Grant McNeely. This young man is outstanding and I hope Grant never leaves our route. He’s so attentive to my probably endless questions, LOL. He listens, explains what he’s applying and what to expect. This is a breath of fresh air I tell you. It’s not the “norm” in lawn service industries who just treat customers as a “stop on their route”. Not at Fairway! I receive a treatment explanation email & receipt immediately after my lawn is treated. It’s spot on. Fairway Lawns is truly awesome in my opinion. I’ve used the competition in past but never again. Fairway Lawns has competitive pricing, fantastic customer service and my lawn treatments have nearly immediate results! I don’t have anything negative to say about this hometown based business. Thank you!

I have several large commercial properties that Sean is currently taking care of. His communication with me is excellent! He is someone you can trust to take care of your property. I have seen so many improvements in the turf of my landscape properties since he has taken over. I would definitely recommend him and Fairway Lawns. We have used fairway lawns for the last four years. We have been very happy with our experience. Our technician Kenny always messages us the day before each treatment, and again when he is arriving to treat the lawn. On several occasions we have had to reschedule service, and we’ve never had a problem. Would highly recommend Fairway Lawns to anyone.

I've used Fairway Lawns Service in Little Rock for a few years now and they are great! They let me know in advance when they are coming so I can prepare (i.e. put up the dogs). Staff is always friendly and they always lock the gate back when they are done. Great company!

I had a conversation with Seth and it became clear to me that I was seen as a total butt and he and his manager were kind enough to let me apologize. He serves my Neighbourhood and to be honest they’re probably some of the nicest lawns in Bryant Arkansas. Highly recommend these guys and I truly apologize to this company for the interaction that we had.

We foster puppies so our yard is important to us. Ben Merritt has been our lawn tech for 5+ years. He understands that we have a lot of dogs here on any given day and he always texts me asking what a good time would be for him to treat the yard. He is so considerate and always works around our schedule! He goes above and beyond for us and we so value and appreciate him. And our lawn is always looking great in the summer. Thanks Ben!

Dustin Whitener, my Fairway Technician, does a wonderful job. I’m am very particular about my lawn and I want the greenest, best looking yard in my neighborhood and with the help of Dustin and Fairway Lawns I achieve just that. Dustin keeps me updated and informed, explains what the applications are for, and always goes the extra step. Fairway Lawns treats the lawn and then I mow and maintain myself. I literally have people stop as they are driving by my house just to tell me how nice my lawn looks. I have referred Fairway to several friends and family members and I am very pleased with the service.
