Went right into store and found what I needed right away. First time ever in this particular Lowe's. It appeared well stocked and clean. The cashier upon checkout was very friendly and asked if we found everything we needed. Will gladly return when in that part of town if I need something home or yard related.

Good selection of plants, seeds, and bulbs. We got everything we needed to give our garden a good start.

Convenient, items in stock, clearance selections. My complaint is over the use of self checkout lanes over traditional cashiers. Coming into Lowe's you expect to buy items, sometimes large ones at that. Bring back real people!

I genuinely respect how our Lowe's honors our veterans throughout the year but the extra care they show during every holiday season is very much appreciated.

The only location with what I needed, so I guess it's the best stocked store in central Arkansas.

It's clean and new. Best of all, the staff is excited to help you (I went in the morning). They have all your supplies you'd need for DIY projects or fixing household problems. I even love that they put there plants on sale at the end of the season...Home Depot usually send their plants back to the company. Of coarse they can look up your purchases with the swipe of your card for easy returns.

I went in really late because the lady next door had water coming through her ceiling! Well me being old-fashioned and helping your neighbor like I'm supposed to! I realized that it was a big problem and tore her ceiling out and a plumber friend of mine found that the drain pipe that hooks up to the bathtub of the upstairs unit was undone and when the people upstairs were taking a bath and running the water up to the top, It was draining down into the wall and had been doing it for a while so immediately I tore the ceiling out and headed to Lowe's to get my supplies!

When I got to Lowe's, even though they were about to close, as soon as I walked in I instantly got a hello welcome to Lowe's thank you for coming in! Well I needed drywall, drywall tape, mud, and sandpaper plus a little textured paint! I'm a novice DIY guy and went in knowing or should I say hoping I knew what I was doing and what I was looking for and while walking around the sheetrock section of Lowe's I had a young Lady who is an employee there approach me. She asked if she could be of any assistance, and it was like she was reading my mind because I couldn't find the drywall tape. I think she saw my look of being lost or confused but it wasn't her section so she wasn't sure where it was, but it didn't stop her from running and finding someone who was over that department to help me!

The part that impresses me is not only did she come back with them, she listened and learned as I did and when it was over she helped me load up everything on a cart and get it to the front to be checked out! It was customer service at it's finest and that's every time I go into a Lowe's! Whether it's North Little Rock or Bowman I'm always greeted and I'm always helped and never once have I had to run around looking for someone to ask a question to! Everyone is so nice, friendly, and welcoming! If all stores were run like Lowe's, this world would be a lot better place! Lowe's has been so amazing that I haven't even been to home Depot because I don't think there's any way they can live up to my expectations now that I've had the experiences I've had at all the Lowe's locations near me! Sorry Home Depot but Lowe's hired and trained the right people with the right process and now I'm a customer for life!

I've been using Fairway Lawn for 3 years now. My technician is always friendly, responsive to my calls, questions but most important, he ensures he contacts me before service so I can ensure my dogs are secure from the chemicals. When I am gone, He treats my pets as though they are his. The Company has also been respective to my military service and medical issues.
Fairway Lawns is just a good lawn service who I have never had any issues with.

I used fairway lawns in Benton for 2 years. With my front yard they did get the weeds under control and the grass did seem to thicken up. Imy back yard did the same with their basic services with 7visits a year never saw much of difference…other than better weed control.

Half way through I added their tree and shrub service everything was going fine for about a year and then this last spring I had three spiral evergreens all about 4 years old that suddenly all three died after a treatment.

I kept calling asking if they would replace them, they sent a guy three times to send off samples from the trees to get answers as to why it died.never any answers. I think they over fertilized. They did comp the additional visits they did bc i was not going to pay until I got answers or got new trees . After three months off no answers and them sending me bills for additional visits after killing 800$ worth of plants I realized I would have no resolution so I closed the account. Just not very impressed with their service

My technician was very knowledgeable about different grasses and weeds in our yard, in addition to how/when to treat each type. It was an extremely hot day but he listened patiently to my questions and answered each one. He could not have been kinder.

Excellent service—Ben Merritt has been our technician for several years and always provides outstanding service. We is very friendly and answers any questions I may have. I have made several referrals to family and friends based on his job performance.

Great service! Rick Pruitt with Fairway in Conway has always provided excellent service. Rick has always followed through with additional services/treatments requested. Recently I had a rare insect in my lawn that Rick went out of his way to determine along with treating. If you have services in the Conway area I highly recommend requesting Rick Pruitt!

Always provide top class service. They do their job with no impact on our normal day.

I'm always pleased with the work Ben Merritt does during his treatments of my lawn. He provides a detailed list of the products used and the condition of my lawn. Ben's work exceeds my expectations. I have used other companies in the past and they let me down. Fairway Lawns has been treating my lawn for many years now and I couldn't be happier with the results.

As always, and in this particular application Benjamin Merritt and his trainee , performed the prescribed applications of fertilizer and weed control with the outmost care and expediency. Ben and today his trainee , were able to answer my questions regarding certain areas of my lawn. I certainly appreciate Ben's expertise in these matters. Thank you.

The only reason I am giving a 2 is because of the young man that I spoke to when I called otherwise I would give a 1. I prepaid a year for front and backyard treatment but for the past 3 treatments, Fairway Lawns was not treating my backyard. When I called the young man asked if I previously used their service and I used them years ago and recently started using them again. When I used them years ago, I only had my front yard treated, but this time I paid to treat front and back. He told me I was paying for front and back and said they would credit the 3 treatments missed for my backyard but would come out and treat the backyard anyway. We will see. Overall not a great experience because I am still seeing patchy spots of weeds in my front yard. It actually looked better when I treated it myself.

Excellent service and excellent results. I have had other lawn care service with poor results but now my lawn is thriving. Fairway Lawns has made my lawn, trees, and bushes look great.

My service technician is always courteous and does a thorough job. Very pleased.

Our lawn is well cared for by Fairway Lawns. We have been customers for about 10 years and have never had any issues. If any weeds pop up from our neighbors untreated yard, Fairway is right on it. Latest service technician, Harry, again did an excellent job and is very careful with his lawn equipment around our flowerbeds and garden fences. He cares about our property as if it was his own.

Horrible billing practices on The termite side. No communication between service tech and management and billing. Avoid their termite service. Higher priced than competition. Service tech was friendly.
