Fairway Lawns has consistently delivered outstanding results over the many years I have been their customer, providing courteous, prompt, and expert service that has kept my lawn looking great. They sincerely care to ensure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend Fairway Lawns for all lawn care needs.

Our lawn was a mess and we tried other companies to whip it into shape but with no improvement. Finally, we tried TDI/Fairway and we are so happy with the results. We've only been with them about a year and already we are seeing so much improvement! Can't wait to see what our lawn will look like this summer!

This review is a culmination of everything that has occurred with Fairway Lawns. Extremely poor service, highly unreliability, and mediocre results have finally caused us to write them and request a cancellation of our service. IMO, we have been more than fair and have not had unreasonable expectations. Photos to follow and I will be as honest as I can in describing our complaints.

First our yard has brown spots, not huge ones, but the resemble possibly from being burnt. Not sure. The crabgrass is multiplying continuously and I realize we’ve had the rain, but it’s become nearly impossible to get anyone to come out when they say they will.

An example is today. Appt was canceled by Fairway and we were told they would call us back. No call after telling them we needed it Sat or Tuesday. We have dogs that we have to plan around and they have never been good with accommodating that.

Scheduling is probably our biggest complaint with grass quality following that. Recently they reported doing our yard but our cameras never picked them up. Nether the front or the back. After calling and finally speaking to the manager, they realized they did the wrong yard. It shouldn’t be that difficult. I realize mistakes happen but the burden seemed to be on us to prove it.

Last year we realized they were not doing the grass by the pond. So then we had to watch or check the cameras. Unreliability has been somewhat of an issue.

All these issues we have tried to look past as mistakes. Simple errors but it’s just become too much. It should not be a headache to try and get them out when they cancel or when we need to cancel because they suddenly show up and we have not kept the dogs in.

We called approx 2 months prior and had planned on canceling. The manager was very nice and we decided to keep going but at this point, we just want to move on. We’ve had other services and never this many issues.

Justin came by and serviced our lawn today. Worked diligently and professionally and with a smile on his face and a great attitude the entire time. Great company because of guys like that!

John provides outstanding service for my ongoing lawn care. Scheduling is seamless, and he maintains clear and consistent communication regarding his arrival window for every appointment. Listen to your yard service specialist. I didn’t and army worms destroyed about half of my yard before I caught it. Justin Hardy (service rep) told me on last spray visit that they were in area and I passed on spray offer. I called and he is here immediately to save balance of yard. It pays to listen the first time

It is difficult to rate a lawn care service since there are so many different ones that provide very similar services. In my opinion, the main thing that makes yours stand out is our technician, Nick. He is very thorough and appears to be extremely thorough and conscientious about his job. He's very friendly and always answers whatever questions I may have. We really appreciate him.

I've been using Fairway Lawns for many years now and they do a great job eliminating and controlling the weeds that I had. My service tech is Alejandro and he is awesome. He always lets me know well in advance when he will be servicing the lawn and gives me a heads up the day of before arriving. Fairway Lawns has been my go-to lawn service ever since I moved into my new home back in 2024. The professional services provided by Fairway Lawn technician Jeremy Hardy has been outstanding. Mr. Hardy is always so eager and enthusiastic to address all of my lawn concerns. Jeremy’s extensive knowledge has been essential for keeping our lawn looking great!

We have used Fairway Lawns for a long time. During cutting season, our lawn is so thick, I have to cut with a high setting between 4-6 and usually mow twice a week! Several neighbors have commented on how nice our lawn looks and it’s a testament to how well the treatments work. Our technician “Za” is great and does a really good job. Using a lawn service requires a commitment as it isn’t cheap. I have found that the cost is well worth it as long as you keep it watered and cut per their instructions. The few times that I have attempted to “do it myself” has never worked out well for me. I prefer to pay and have it done right and then see the excellent results! Not going to lie, I get exhausted in the summer heat cutting it so much, but the payoff is having a nice looking yard.

We’ve had a great experience with Fairway Lawns! Really they are everything you could ask for when it comes to lawn maintenance. Our yard has looked much better since using them, their team is professional & communicates well. They’ve worked with my schedule when need be. Jeremy Hardy has been the tech that we work with & I can’t say enough good things about our experience with him!

We have been with Fairway Lawns for less than 1 year now. We got started late in the spring last year after we planted some sod. The treatments definitely helped our new sod to begin to grow and thrive. I am looking forward to better weed control this year since we missed the pre-emergent phase last year. We just received our first application for 2026, so we are excited to see the progress. Thanks to Jarrett Fox for applying the application and the good communication on what was done and what to do next! I am also interested into looking at getting their mosquito buckets for eco-friendly mosquito control this year!!

DO NOT use this lawn company. We’ve had nothing but a bad experience with them. Our yard was FULL of Dallas grass, and when they came out to spray for that, they killed our grass. When the manager came out about a month ago to look at it, he said it wasn’t dead and it would fill in, which it hasn’t. Overall, they made our lawn look the worst out of all the yards in our neighborhood. There have been constant weeds and dead spots that have never gotten fixed. Save yourself the head ache and go with absolutely anyone else but them!

Response to owner: We don’t want to get in contact with you. We don’t want to give you the chance to “fix” this and end up ruining our yard more than your employees already have. We have hired a new lawn company to get our yard back to looking how it was before you guys ruined it.

*UPDATE: After the last service, our lawn is looking much better than it had been the last couple of months. Except for a couple of odd spots, the weeds have either died off or are dying. I'm much happier with our lawn, now. Thank you.*

Been a Fairway Lawns customer for a little while. We've been happy with the service up until this year. Now, my lawn looks almost as bad as it did before we started using Fairway Lawns. I called about weeds popping out in June and they sent a technician out to take care of them. That treatment barely helped. It appears as if only areas of our lawn were treated, but other areas, like the entire west side of our lawn, have been completely neglected for some time. It fairly easy to till where the property line is on the west side as the weeds stop at the line. The only reason I didn't go with 1 star is because, before this year/season, our lawn looked great.

We broke our sprinkler line yesterday when we were planting a tree, I called this morning and four hours later he is here fixing it and almost done. He is amazing! He gave great advice on our tree, he was quick and no nonsense. I would recommend him to anybody. Five stars for sure! Thank you so much for all your help! You are awesome!
