This place turns down business for dumb reasons. I called for a quote and because my house is brand new and not on the map yet they refused to service my lawn. If that makes sense to you.

The worst service. Do not use. They take your money no problem and then they don’t show. If you call, there is always a medical emergency and they will be there next week. Call again and it’s like a recording! Please don’t waste your money.

Horrible customer service over the phone. I was calling to book a lawn mowing service and providing my address to the representative. I tried to spell the street name clearly for her, but she's not listening well and kept asking the same stupid question. I asked if it was the audio quality or was I not clear, she said it wasn't the phone. So I repeat spelling the address again, she went " what is that?"

Hung up and never do a business with this who can't even maintain customer service on the phone.
