I am local in EM. Josh was the technician who was assigned to visit. I had new sods in the backyard but my sprinkler system was installed by another company before I put in the sods. So the sprinklers were not covering all areas. I called a bunch of contractors and only two responded. One was two weeks out while EcoSavy was able to fit me in two days later. Josh came and once he turned on the sprinklers he started adjusting them and to my surprise the sprinklers are able to cover all the missing areas. I am getting full coverage. Josh also tuned the nozzles to my liking, eg not hitting my koi pond. Josh also patiently answered many of my questions; before he left I asked him to look at another zone and as a good faith to a new customer, he offered to change a nozzle in my flower bed so it can cover slightly more area.

Also, as an amateur I screwed up one of the sprinkler heads but Josh fixed it for me. Instead of getting a quote and being told I would need new heads, Josh and EcoSave solved my problem with an incredibly affordable service fee! Saved me several hundreds. I am talking about in the two digits dollar value for a service call.

Also this company is modernized; you get a text message and a web link to confirm appointment; they also called you before hand personally. Also want to thank the Abby for calling to ask about my availability before Josh came.

All in all - I will use EcoSavy from now on. Their professionalism has won me over!!! I don’t mind paying anyone who does a good job but I am grateful for saving me money either way, so thank you!!!

I’ve used them for years. Was working with steve before he branched off on his own. I’m sad to say that the reliability of this company has gone downhill over the last two years dramatically. Last year I waited for hours for them to show up and they didn’t and had to reschedule and this year they sent a confirmation text message and had a link to their own website saying I was confirmed and in the confirmation it says to allow for 2 hours arrival window. After 2 hours I called and they told me I didn’t have an appointment for today. Funny since I have the confirmations they sent me. Wasted my time again!!! Guess it’s time to move on.
