Very professional and thorough when it came to attending to my lawn and cleaning up after. It's nice to have someone reliable and having the payment debted 2 days after meeting having to exchange money in person or having to be home. I work nights and sleep during the day and I don't have to wake up to pay anyone. Westly is great!!!

I had an amazing experience with lawn love lawn care - My gardener ,Jennifer ,was extremely sensitive and professional and knew exactly what my needs were without my having to spend a lot of time explaining- very receptive. She and her work partner did an excellent job and I will definitely be requesting that they return on a regular basis-

Would not recommend. They changed my booking date, my lawn provider completed 25% of the job, left a mess in my driveway when i provided the waste bin, and never entered half of my property i paid to be services, and customer service would not discount me more than 30%. . Waste of 50 bucks.

We tried to have them come out to service our yard, and they scheduled us, but no one showed up, and no one called . You would think that they would call to tell you the appointment can not be kept or something. I did receive a text asking me to pay before the service was complete. Why would I pay before a job has been completed? I say fraud.

Waste of my time and money!!! I hired this place less than a month ago. During that time they have changed my service date over and over. Salvador, the lawn care specialist does really good work but the people who set it up are useless. I called to set up a one time service to another area of my yard and they didn't show up, I called and they claimed I didn't set up an appointment. Even though I'm talking to the same guy, his name is Joshua! It's been over 2 weeks now. My grass is now in violation due to the height. I will most likely get fined. They claim they will come on Monday. I hope they don't screw it up again. The only reason I don't fire them is because of Salvador. I would love to hire him alone!!!

Cain did a great job as usual. Grass mowed, trimmed and cleaned up so that it looks well cared for again !

I had been looking for a long time to find someone to clean my gutters. First I had contacted Home Advisors, but there was never any follow up by the companies they recommended, and this occurred multiple times. Finally I went online and searched the yellow pages for a local company that cleaned gutters. Lawn Love Lawn Care provided an estimate of the cost, which was reasonable. I arranged a day for the gutters to get cleaned, and yesterday, Jonathan showed up and did an excellent job! Normally when I arrange for someone to do a job, I get an estimated time window as to when someone will arrive. However this is not how Lawn Love works. I did not understand this process until after the job was done, but now it makes sense as to why they provided the detailed instructions, but it would have been nice if Lawn Love clearly explained that no specific arrival time would be provided.

Anyway the work done was excellent and I will hire them again when I decide to implement some suggestions Jonathan provided. Hopefully he will be given the opportunity to do that work.

Very unprofessional. Originally we wanted a service to be done twice a month, we set up online and I thought everything was going to be easy. Far from it! We get a text confirming that someone will be out and don’t hear anything back from them until the end of the day once we reach out first. When we actually hear back from them they inform us that someone will be out the next day because they’re “busy.” If you know you’re going to be busy then plan accordingly. IF they do show up it’s a rushed job and not what you’d expect from a “professional” service. A waste of money and definitely a waste of time having to be behind them like children.

This lawn service is absolutely wonderful. And the guy whom came out and cut, our grass was very polite. He was thorough and professional very great work ethic. 5 Stars way to go.

Lawn love sells one thing and delivers quite another. The sales person promised that the technician would call 48 hours in advance of our aeration to give us a chance to discuss with the service provider (everything is farmed out). Instead they just showed up while we were at work and aerated the lawn and also seeded it, which we did not want! They tell you it's all "on your account" that we did not have/set up since i scheduled it over the phone. I was never informed of an account. Definitely don't recommend!

Ernest was a great worker whom we badly needed. I called for help on cleaning out a flower bed so we could plant three new trees. I found that Love Lawn also offers leaf cleanup. This we needed, too. Ernest blew all our lawns to perfection then pulled all the dead twigs from the flower bed with a rake and cutters. He was thorough, cleaned up, and left everything "sparkling". He gets my recommendation!

Sent professional out in one day and he did a great job on lawn maintenance. Easy to use site.

Service was great and didn’t want to cancel but my son wants to cut the lawn now and get paid is the only reason why I cancelled

Our experience with Lawn Love was an extreme pleasure. Our lawn pro was tremendous. He was always on time and would notify us when he was on his way. The best part of Lawn Love was the affordability of the service. I strongly suggest you give them a call and see what they can do for you.

I’m not sure if this one is the correct one but it’s the closest near my home, therefore I selected this one. Jason was an awesome landscaper he always showed up when scheduled with no problem. I booked a tree trimming way back in May or early June for it to be trimmed in October. Jason started the job but ran out of time. I was told I needed a dumpster and I ordered one. He arrived at 10am and left at 430pm and rescheduled to finish it November 4th I believe. Well, Jason messaged me and told me that they couldn’t come back to complete the job because they didn’t put me on the schedule for a Friday like he had requested. Instead they put me down for a Wednesday/Thursday. Well, the day came and went along with my monthly maintenance. Jason expressed that he might not continue to work there because of issues as mentioned. Jose, I guess he’s the owner showed up to do my monthly yard work. He cut the grass but didn’t cut between the bricks as Jason did. He left a message on a card saying he will be by Friday to finish cutting the tree in the backyard. Fast forward today, After 3-4 cancellations of finishing the tree he canceled again. It has been a month since I’ve been waiting for this tree to get cut. I’ve waiting patiently and just told Jose today after he’s done with this tree I will be canceling my business with him. His attitude is unacceptable. Yes, I’m canceling because 4 cancellation for a job that should have been completed in October is unacceptable.
