Did an amazing job with my lawn today. Very nice person and a hard worker. He kept a smile the entire time. He made me feel the job would be done correctly and it was. He notified me when he started and when the job was completed. I recommend him highly and would like for him to continue servicing my yard until my time is up and We will continue next Spring. My yard is looking awesome. No weeds and my grass is a beautiful green! Thank you

TrueGreen arrived promptly the day it was scheduled and the service from Mr. Rick Mills was excellent on the property. I felt I was able to approach him for any help and work I needed to be done. He was a real asset to TrueGreen and I would refer him as a 5 star service

True Green sent a true professional out for a service call who is very knowledgeable and a stickler for perfection…there is hope for my lawn yet!!! Every experience has been extremely satisfactory…so happy my neighbor recommended this company!!

Love the products they use on are yard because it hasn’t looked this good in a long time. The only complaints I have is they don’t offer monthly payments, you pay by each service. The other is that I never get enough notification on when they are coming, it’s either not even 24 notice or none at all. Overall our lawn looks great.

Done great work getting grass to grow. Hoping it will stay around this time! Frank Ware is always a great person to work with when he's been out!

Frank Ware hands down the best specialist I've had conduct service at my house. He has actually been the only one who has serviced my whole yard, will definitely only be requesting him from now on. Was just discussing cancelling the service because no one was spraying the whole yard and that's what I was paying for. The only reason for the 5 Stars is because of Frank.

On my second year! So far no complaints. Always did our lawn care ourselves. But as you age it so convenient and easier to have lawn service. No complaints. All employees are friendly on phone and in-person. They always notify you before visits and if for any reason you need to change appt. No problem. Always easy to communicate with.

William Minter performed the service today and he was very knowledgeable. He explained that I had crab grass in my yard that would eventually be overtaken by the Bermuda grass. He said that it takes time, at least a full year to see the results of True Greens work. We walked around the yard and he explained what I was concerned about. No one had done that before. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism provided by William Minter.

I complained on Friday to TruGreen that they billed me $104 and yet there was no evidence whatsoever that they had been here in April, and I had told them I needed them to schedule with me in advance so that I could be here. Crickets. Haven't heard a word. Sales people are very attentive when they want your money for their over priced service, but when you actually need customer service, it's a miserable endeavor. In addition, their reps haven't a clue what they are using in my yard. One person told me it was toxic to pollinators and another told me it was not. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone trying to get a price on using organic spray and could never get a straight answer. I'll be canceling.

TruGreen is doing a great job treating my lawn for weeds and greening it up. Recently their specialist, Henry Litchfield, came and put down fertilizer. I appreciated his patience in answering my questions. I also started the tree and shrub treatment due to a fungus on my crepe myrtles. I'm looking forward to their improvement by next spring.

I noticed they had a couple of bad reviews for their lawn care but I used them for mosquito, tick, and flea removal and let me tell you they blew me away. I live on an acre of land by large patches of woods so naturally my lawn and small wood patch was infested with critters. Not to mention a creek and a river down hill from me. A tick a day on me was the normal as well as new itchy mosquito bites when I fed my chickens or sat by my fire. I was very doubtful they would really help much but being my first house I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, unexpected results. Not a single tick, flea, or mosquito and it's been about a week. I thought at best populations cut in half. I've been spraying my property because my poor dogs and cats get infested as well as my chickens having mites. I put diomotacias earth down, was using all sorts of sprays, for the amount I was using in costs it was about equal to Trugreen. This service is super worth it.

Not real happy with this outfit. They have a broad based company and they offer you a very competitive price for their services. The customer service is always very friendly and responsive. Where they go bad is in a few places. Their online application is darn awful. Sometimes it’s spotty and unreliable. If you have to call them be prepared to wait 30/45 min. They muffed our first visit. Nobody showed up (as agreed) to do a walk through (I have a large yard), no soil analysis (as agreed). The first fella that came by had no clue he was the first visitor…he was here for a weed control application. He also complained about the poor communication within his company. Note the photos. It looks like a pattern for a football field. All crabgrass and the green streaks will die off anyway, but the attention to detail was awful. Not a good way to build trust in that further treatments will be done to standard. Sadly we had to let them go.

I have had TruGreen services for a year now and my backyard has not changed. I tried to fix these patches myself for a few years with no luck. I explained this to the sales rep and he said they could help fix it with the yearly payment. Well here we are a year later and no progress. I complained after fall when I saw no growth and they sent someone out other than the usual guys who do a quick spray and leave. I work and told them to call me so I could be home and they never did. They rang my doorbell and left. They were very kind to leave a recap on the app stating they noticed bare spots. Absolute joke! Please stay clear of this company as they cut corners and take your money. Local reps are never available and you’re always talking to a 1800 number.

Today was my first visit from a TruGreen specialist and Mike C. went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood the process and what was being done and what to expect from not only this visit but future visits to come. Very much looking forward to Mike being our lawn care specialist for future visits.

Extremely impressed with my first lawn treatment from Trugreen. The specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job interactions with Customer Support have been nothing short about standing.

I’ve been using TruGreen for lawn care services over the past few months and have seen a noticeable improvement in the overall health and appearance of my yard. Their technicians are punctual, professional, and always take the time to explain the treatments they’re applying. I appreciate the emails before and after service that allows me to be present when the technician is here so I can let them know my current lawn and shrub issues.

TRULY INCOMPETENT!!!

A few years ago (3.5) I bought a house and wanted the yard to look really good. TruGreen fertilizer and applied weed killer. What actually happened was they killed my grass and weeds grew like crazy. I called and told them I never wanted their services again and to remove my name from ALL mail, email, text and phone lists.

The next spring, I got an invoice for another treatment... and they had done no work. I went thru the removal request again... 4 times that year I asked to be removed.

The next year there were at least 5 contacts by them telling me it was time for more treatments.

This year it is already starting again. Derek has promised to resolve the problem. I think he promised the same thing last year.

It one thing to deliver a truly lousy service. It's quite another to try and force this service on an unwilling customer year after year after year.

TRULY INCOMPETENT!!!

Driving the wrong direction through one-way parking lot entrances, blocking traffic and almost hitting cars trying to come into the parking lot, is not very courteous or a good look.

Had 6 yds of mulch down in 3 hours with no landscape lights broken. Awesome job! I have known the owner for almost 7 years. Great guy!

We have used Virginia Green for the last three years and our lawn always looks amazing. Great service.
