I’ve been using TruGreen for several years. I used both the lawn service as well as the tree & shrub. After a few years of paying for the lawn service my yard was still had more weeds than grass and looked worse than all the neighbors lawns that were not having any service done, so I canceled. Today my tree & shrub service was done. I was home, in the house with a clear view of the front door. I was startled when I saw someone walk up on my back porch, since my back property is gated. I approached the technician to introduce myself, since it was only his 2nd time serving my property and I had not met him previously. Aaron, the tech that preceded him had been coming for years, and I knew him.
Long story short, I said I would have expected you to announce yourself before starting. He said he had come to the front door, but I didn’t believe he had. So after finishing I checked my security cameras, and as I had thought, he had not come to the door! I called and canceled my future service. If someone is willing to lie about such a small thing, I don’t need them on my property.
The office personnel wanted to make me believe that my security cameras didn’t see him, because they’re tracking him on his phone! They actually were willing to argue the point! Sad! in reality the cameras saw every step he took.
And by the way, I didn’t call to cancel my service, I merely called to inform them of what happened.

Kevin was efficient and thorough and took time to explain process and expectations.

The tech (Donquell) does what you would expect a quality person to do—whether he is using the spray hose or fertilizer spreader, he arrives and gets the equipment required for the service du jour and does it as efficiently as he can. The results don’t show up for several days, but when they do, you see that he has done the right thing. Keep up the good work!!!!

He was very polite. He explained what we needed to do and cautioned us not to let the dog out for 2 hours
