David does a great job. He is very caring. When we show up on Monday’s he told me he knows nobody is home to let him in the backyard and he will request a reschedule. I really appreciate that. The automated system seems to always put us on Monday’s even though it is marked no Mondays.

Paul is literally the best pest control dude I've ever encountered! He knows his shit and has amazing customer service. Usually you only get one or the other! Highly recommend Paul and Senske for bug and pest control.

Senske aerated my lawn for me today.Lisandro, the tech was on time, having communicated with us through text. He was polite and thorough. And the best part is, I did not have to wrestle that monster of a machine … the aerator!

Adam did a good job. When he arrived at my house he discussed the services he was providing and afterward he expressed that he did not see any issues with the lawn.

The tree and scrub services we have received from Senske has been excellent. Since starting the service, they've never looked better.

Jonathan was great. Gave a call ahead and even left a pleasant message of arrival time estimation and work being provided. Pulled up, got the work done, and guessing moved on to the next as I was his first appointment. Could not be happier. Thank you Jonathan for the hard work!

Entered meat he was coming, came to my door to let me know he was here, told me what he was going to do and then did the work. Great service.

Roger was my technician today and applied a lawn treatment in my front and back yard. He was very polite and understanding. The way my house is designed you can't enter the backyard from the front. So he had to pack up all his gear and drive around to the back yard and did so without a smile in his face. Appreciate all the hard work Roger and Senske has done to help keep my yard looking fantastic!

Extremely DISAPPOINTED in the service and results. I’ve needed to call multiple times in the short amount of time I’ve used them. They serviced my very large lawn in about 4 minutes, not possible to do this. Weeds throughout my lawn after 2 months of service.

Great communication throughout the process--really appreciate the care that Senske shows when they both put up and take down my lights!

Dylan was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable regarding our pond and fish and he made sure not to put any products near it.

Salesman Chris tried to pull a fast one.He never explained any services and signed us up for literally everything available. They work on commissions go figure. Took work off for pest control services and Pest control never showed up. I am canceling my services and going elsewhere.

Tyler from Senske was great to work with. He took the time to listen and answer my questions concerning a tree that needs attention. Very pleased!

Rachel did a great job. Very quick, professional. She checked in before starting, survey the layout, and got it all done quickly.

In April I called them asking them to fix my sprinkler system, which had sprung a leak in the side yard. There was water fountaining out of the ground in a very obvious manner. Senske had no availability that week but said they’d coordinate to come help the next week. The coordination call never came and after a couple weeks I had to turn my water off. Then I left for a summer deployment. While I was deployed, my grass died and I asked my girlfriend to call again and get someone out to fix the system. A specialist showed up, dug a hole in my back yard, covered it back up, said there was no leak and left. When I returned, the obvious leak was still there. They sent her a 136 dollar bill nonetheless. Since then I called three times and was promised each time that a manager would get back to me to discuss this, but that never happened. Instead Senske is sending debt collectors after after my girlfriend, since she was the one that made the call, even though it’s my property. I sincerely hope Senske reaches out to me soon, or a small-claims court lawsuit is a real possibility.

I was not home during this service. Had I known it was to be done today I would have had the sprinklers identified. It looks like two of the rotary heads got nailed. It also looks like part of the back yard was not aerated. See photo. Other than that Adam did a good job as there is no torn up sod.

Great job! We chatted when he arrived and discussed the day’s services. He subsequently recommended additional services that we have authorized. Senske takes very good care of us.

The techs who come out for Senske are very professional, yet very personable. They are very flexible in adapting the service to my needs, and also have great advice and suggestions for things I can do on my own as well.

Zachary was quick, courteous, and communicated well as to what he was doing and why. He remembered to shut the gate so my "escape puppy" did not Houdini his way out to the front yard. He cares about the quality of his work. Great job Senske!
