Today's tech was very professional and nice. He took the time to get to know my dog as well as answered all of my questions.

Kale did a great job was professional and very easy to work with. Pleasant personality. However I called multiple times to have the address corrected and W. Shore LANE still shows up instead of W. Shore WAY which guided him to the wrong location 45 minutes away from the correct address. PLEASE CORRECT THIS TO AVOID DELAYS.

James was here as he said he would be. He was very polite and answered all my questions . Very confident in his service.

Honestly felt like a big scam. We set up a subscription to get our grass back, we have a few bald patches and with our busy schedule it sounded nice enough. But nothing that was told to us was actually going to happen. Grass seeding and aeration was not included which we would have never known if we did not call for extra clarification and the soil test we were promised never happened. I’m glad that we canceled our subscription when we did. It’ll be much cheaper and we will actually know what is going on in our yard just doing it ourselves or going with literally any other company.

This is our 2nd season with true green lawn service, and we are very pleased with the service.

First visit of TruGreen services. I will update after a few more but Kody was helpful answering questions and making good recommendations toward helping my lawn. He was quick and my kids even were occupied for the time he was here watching him through the window 😆

It would have been nice if we were notified in advance the day and approximate time for service. Also I'm a Service summary it would be nice to see the price for each application. And you're still misspelling my last name, even though I had called you and corrected it over the phone.

The service man did exactly as I requested. Called so I could open the gate. came as he said. Did not knock or ring the bell. Thank you for the service.

Noticed that. I have the vast looking lawn in my neighborhood & I don’t mean to gloat, but I am very proud of that. My sprinklers are on 4x day
for 5 minutes & it seems to be perfect. TruGreen

Talked to Chris on the phone in the Spokane area, and after I told him I was going to get more quotes from other companies before deciding which company to go with, he decided to hang up on me before I was done talking.
He seemed very good on the phone until I pushed back on the price. I might still use them after I am done with my research, but I thought it would be worth mentioning some bad customer service.

James called me the next day, and made it right. Good price, good service. Lawn is growing strong..

They're very professional and quick and the lawn looks great !!
The youg woman was very friendly and applied the pre-emergent quickly. And as a bonus, she loved our dog.

Very impressed with Daulten! Very personable answered my questions knowledgeably. Full of smiles I spite of the heat and smoke filled air. Good employees are hard to come by, I hope to see him back. This is an employee to keep!

Terrible company communication and I canceled before their first visit. Told me I’d be contacted within days to set up the first visit. Had to call them back after five days. Told me they had scheduled a visit but nobody had contacted me. They said someone would call me the day before for specific time to stop by. Of course nobody called me the day before. I called the day of the visit and no one showed up for several hours and I called the company to complain. While the gentleman was nice on the phone, he said if the workers didn’t show up by 6pm that I should call him back or the next day to fix the problem. Quite the inefficient process. I appreciated that they tried to keep me as a customer with a discount, but I’ll look elsewhere for efficienct service.

We are new clients, that are having some issues with our lawn and have hired them to take care of it, will update as things get better or ?? so far they have been prompt on getting her and getting the job done.

What an absolute racket this company is. Called in multiple times to confirm we only had 2 services left after we'd been overcharged multiple times previously. After those 2 services occurred, to our surprise a new bill! Called in again just to have the individual basically type the whole conversation to their boss who denied we ever even called in previously after 6 previous calls. Do not do business with this company, they will try to lie about the sky being blue at this rate

One of their drivers tried to get around a bunch of cars in a lane that was ending today. He literally went from the lane that wasn't ending into the one that was just for the purpose of trying to get ahead of a bunch of cars. He ended up right next to me and decided rather than slowing to drop in behind me he would just come over on top of me, forcing me into oncoming traffic. He was looking in his mirror the entire time, basically daring me to let him hit me. This Trugreen employee has zero regard for safety or the reputation of the company.

The photos listed are Before and after pictures. My lawn was overrun with dandelions and other various types of weeds, I hired Trugreen to take care of it. The initial service in April was done with a very thorough treatment, and within a week, my lawn was starting to look better. After my second service, my lawn looks like this. So I know that they do a very good job and quality work. I highly recommend their lawn treatment as I’ve seen good results for a fair price.

I was very pleased to have the opportunity to meet with and discuss my expectations with Andrew. He is knowledgeable and focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciated our chat prior to the service. Thank you!

Thanks Again!! We live for a green lawn with no WEEDS! One key thing in my opinion is to start early. Let’s see if we can match or exceed this year.

If you live in Spokane do not use Trugreen. I got sold on their service for a price I thought was pretty decent. They asked what I was looking for and I replied that I wanted weed control and green lawn. My lawn is already in pretty decent shape. They came out on the 1st trip and fertilized and sprayed for weeds. The next month I had a few weeds and they just fertilized. I let it go and thought they would get it next time. The next month they kept postponing my appointment to about 6 weeks. When they came out the didn't spray for weeds. I called and they said they would send someone out. The dude who came out didn't know why he was there since I wanted weed spray and his truck only had fertilizer! I called again and they said they would send someone out in the next week. They did and they sprayed a few weeds and left. Yesterday, three weeks after the last application, they came out and fertilized again. There are at least 50 visible dandelions , some with yellow flowers, and he didn't spray them! I proceeded to cancel my service. I can fertilize and spray my weeds for less. I was just looking for convenience. I guess I learned my lesson. Maybe you get better service, however I don't know how they stay in business!
