Hired Liquid208 to level and top dress our very bumpy, rutted lawn. They kept in constant contact via email, calls and texts. They arrived on time, did a thorough job (aerated, over-seeded and top dressed/leveled), cleaned everything up and followed up afterwards. I highly recommend Liquid208!

Richard and his crew were awesome. They were quick efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. Richard has alot of knowledge about maintaining a lush yard and shared info. I cant wait to see my yard in about 3 weeks!

Initially, I was thrilled because this was the only company that responded to my inquiry about our sprinklers not turning on at the start of the season.
The first appointment we paid $125 for the tech to turn the water on.The technician used our shop vac because they seemed to come a bit under prepaird. On the positive side, the technician was very nice and even identified a valve that needed replacement.
I called to schedule a follow-up appointment and agreed to a price over the phone – the same price the technician had quoted during the initial visit. However, before the scheduled appointment, I received a text message, presumably from the owner, stating that the technician had never quoted that price and that the cost would now be different than what was agreed upon when I booked the appointment. Infact the agreed price actually doubled.
Not only is this incredibly poor business practice, but they still sent the technician to my house, who was just as confused as to why he was told to come.

They did an outstanding job in leveling my yard with top soil and applying hydro seeding at a competitive price.
