Great place for yard decor.. A huge selection of metal yard decor. They have fresh veggies and fruits. Local honey. If you're looking for a great place for trees, plants, or bushes, this is your spot. Tons and tons of plants and trees to choose from, and they also have a petting zoo that's free for the kids.

I absolutely LOVE Jordan's nursery. I've gone a few times each gardening season over the years. The employees are SOOO KIND! They are always happy to chat & help me pick out plants that will grow well in my garden. They will walk with me through the nursery, and load my cart full of plants with me. It's such a fun atmosphere & always a refreshing joyful experience. I can't speak highly enough of them. We have bought 3 trees & a few garden beds full of plants from them. They've always been very healthy plants that look stunning. So thankful we have this local spot close by!!

This place has a heart. Let me explain.

On Oct. 13, 2025, we said a bittersweet, tearful goodbye to my 18 year old, who has moved out of the area. Afterwards, we had no idea what to do with ourselves. I thought, instead of wallowing in our grief, we should go get pumpkins. The only place I knew I could get to in time was Jordan's. I'd been there before and it was always a nice experience.

That night, it was pretty dark there, and I was quickly informed that they were sorry about the lack of lights, but their lights installer had been incapacitated. It didn't matter. We used cell phone flashlights to find our pumpkins. And we even got to take pics with the face-cutouts and with the pumpkins as our backdrop, too, thanks to kind employees who offered to take them for us (with the flash, of course).

As we were checking out, I thanked the workers (including owner and namesake Jordan) for being a great option for us after such a heart-wrenching evening. And before I could get to my car, Jordan ran after me, and said, "I know how hard it can be to see a kid move away." He handed me a vacuum-sealed package. "Have a steak and a beer and things will start to get better." I could've given him a hug.

All in all, this place is the opposite of what we see at other "pumpkin patches" (or most businesses these days) — it's human instead of corporate. It's personal instead of commercial. I'll be back, probably this season, and I'll always carry this memory!

The rep that did our lawn this time was excellent, he did a very detailed job and reviewed our entire lawn, I would like to have him each time, very please with him

These guys ignore very obvious "no soliciting" signs on doors. As someone who telecommutes and is in meetings all day, having my doorbell ring in the middle of a meeting is extremely disruptive and rude. I will never hire this company based on their obvious lack of respect of other people's boundaries.

I use Diamond Lawns and they have been great, if you are coming to these reviews looking for a new lawn company, I recommend Diamond instead of this company!

I love this company. The customer service is great! My lawn was in such poor condition and since I hired TruGreen, it’s looking so much better. The technicians always come to my door and explain what they are providing. They are so polite and professional. I especially thank Winston, Thomas and the other two whose names I have forgotten. They all even lock my gate behind them before they leave. Thank you for providing such great service.

They do a pretty good job, but beware of their billing practices. We pre paid for 4 services but tru green automatically placed us on an auto renew, even though I made it clear we only wanted the one year's service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Quinn today. He was so polite and pleasant. He listened carefully to all my concerns and questions. He was able to answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns completely. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does. He took his time to do a thorough job at treating my lawn. I hope to have him as my only technician for all my treatments. Thank you Quinn!

My tech, Riley was friendly and professional. He worked fast and efficiently. Closed my gate and was respectful of my property. I am happy with my lawn service.

Tino the TruGreen specialist came to service my lawn was very friendly, and great at answering all my questions. He has been doing a great job spraying for weeds and fertilizing. There has been a tremendous improvement in the appearance of my yard. Thank you,

True Green is a very good company to work with and talk to. When you have something to say, they listen.

This review is intended for the local TruGreen who services Nampa, which I have assumed is this location. As a whole the experience was less than stellar. Often leaving messes behind without cleaning up, like fertilizer on the sidewalks and driveway. The promise for a greener lawn did not happen. I shared this feedback with them when the last tech noted there was grub damage even after they had treated twice. I ultimately cancelled my services with the company due to no improvement with the lawn and actually seeing a degrading lawn. During the cancellation I shared the frustrations with the company in which they offered to remedy by sending a supervisor out to inspect and offered aeration and reseeding. The final service is what prompted the 1 star review. The supervisor they sent to inspect the property simply stated they arrived to the residence and saw the lawn was doing better, but when validating through Ring camera systems and my work from home job validated the supervisor never actually made it to the residence. The final summary stating the grass was improving to cease their commitments without a visit nor follow up is unacceptable. I would invest money in every avenue other than TruGreen in hopes for a greener lawn.

we purchased an existing home that was just over 10 years old in 2016. I spent two years trying to get the lawn to come back. Lots of dead spots, thistles, dandelions, and crab grass. I couldn't get my lawn to recover and it was starting to get worse.
I called trugreen to have them come out, one summer in, all of my issues are gone. Lawn is lush and green, highly recommend them!
Update:

The technician was only going to treat the front lawn, until I asked him to do the back yard. He said that his notes only said the front lawn. He did go ahead and treated the back yard.
I want to know why after six years of service they would only say to do the front yard?

The service itself is mediocre, but the real issue is the lack of professionalism from their technicians.

Be warned: this company operates on a subscription-based model. They will automatically schedule service for the following year without requiring your confirmation. If you try to cancel, the technician will claim they can't do it and direct you to call the office—by which point, the first service has already been completed. Then they aggressively pursue payment for a service you didn’t knowingly approve.

Buyer beware.

This company was good for a while until the technicians showed up and didn’t even knock and left then lied and said they knocked. I have cameras. They will charge and charge and charge for things that may or may not have been done. I called to have my aeration set to be my last service and canceled my account over the phone. I then received 2 more charges for treatments that they couldn’t have done because no one was living there as I had moved.

Got an aeration estimate from TruGreen of almost $700 for them to do my lawn. I rented one and did my lawn and 2 others for $42. What a scam!!!

We used TG several years ago and the service was less than expected for many reasons. We signed up again this year and it has been awesome. If/when I have a question/concern I contact Steve, the local rep, and he handles everything. This way I avoid all the corporate bs. We highly recommend TruGreen.

Someone who works for this company came into my place of business and was rude, disrespectful, and outright disrespectful. If the treat people like that in their downtime then I worry about how they treat their customers.

Pretty disappointed overall. They follow the script, and if that does not work they flounder. Try other such services before this one. They might do better.
