I set up the appointment online and got a call back within minutes to confirm the appointment. They were there they day of the appointment at the exact time they said they would be. Boyce returned a call at 8:30 PM on a Saturday night to answer a critical and time sensitive question I had regarding the inspection. I don't think many people would do that. We probably would missed out on the house had he not responded in such a timely manner.

Very thorough during the inspection. The reports are easy to read and the color coding helps to narrow down the important issues. Also, I was very impressed with the thermal camera. It was able to find issues that were not readily visible. I highly recommend this company!
