We bought a Level Home which I would highly recommend against. Had to have a third party inspection and they did it right. They have great technology and very thorough on their findings. It is worth every penny. Very professional and technologically advanced. Will use them for every house I buy from now on.

Boyce was amazing. He has a great presentation report, color coding to ensure you understand high impact items verse expecting aging issue and normal wear and tear of issues with regards to house. Great color photos easy to view and access report online and details to support photos. Well explained when inspection needed specific follow up ie license HVAC/ Electrical/ Plumbing etc.?
