Great job on the new ez bath. Very thorough job and professional service! Only noticed cut and a couple of scratches on the tiles. In addition to tiles being misaligned down the wall. Tub has a few marks and a gouge in it. Hopefully they will make it right! Preston and Peyton Z!

Preston and Peyton came in on time and got straight to work. They worked diligently to get the whole job done in one day. They originally told me it would take two days. But they were fast, professional and cleaned up very efficiently. I was very impressed with their work. I would highly recommend this team to any of my friends and family. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end, starting with Mr. Paul who came to our home and explained everything and helped my husband and I. And then I had both of my walk in showers installed by Jeromy & Micah and both of them were very professional and polite and wonderful to deal with. I am very happy with my installation and the work they did at my home! I would recommend them both to do all of the installation cause of how wonderful they are and the great work they did at my home.

Update 8/20/24
We had an issue with kids bathroom installation and they ended up having to fix the issue which they did after we spent 4-6 hours ourselves cleaning up the water mess it did to the room next to the bathroom. They did come out 3 days later. We also got an update on our kids bathroom an the pieces that came and were installed ended up having scratches on them which the technician noticed and immediately advise to us and said he would let the company know and get it ordered and replace along with a handle bar. This was all back in April and I follow up in July cause I knew parts take times cause each is custom made but now we are in August and I’ve called and talked to them for about 3 weeks being told each time I would get a call same day and get a gift card for the inconvenience but I’ve not heard anything in all this 3 weeks now this week making it 4 weeks and no gift card either. I’m extremely disappointed/ frustrated and feel like they have collected the $$ which is no cheap and all paid up and we are now not consider important and have to keep calling to see if we will ever get this correct. I wanted to update this post since I’m very upset and would want to know how company truly is.

First, from the salesman, the office personnel, the remodelers, and the owner, everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Adam and Taylor did a great job replacing our shower. In only one day, they removed the existing shower and replaced it with new. They were informative, competent, and left the site very clean. We highly recommend E Z Bath!

Peyton was awesome. Took the time to make sure everything was perfect and kept us updated along the way. He was so nice and professional! Would highly recommend Peyton as your installer.

Mike did an amazing job taking out our old tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower. We absolutely love it! He was very friendly and kept us updated throughout the process. I was working and he waited for me to get home to make sure I was happy with it. Afterwards, you would have never known I had all that work done. He made sure everything was clean. I would recommend him to anyone.

Peyton and Preston did an amazing job installing our EZ Bath shower! The shower looks fantastic and they cleaned up after their work! They answered all our questions and went over the cleaning instructions in detail with us too! These two young men were super polite, efficient and professional! EZ Baths removed my existing shower, which was plain white without a bench or grab bars, and replaced it with marble looking panels, bench seat, multiple grab bars, dual shower head and sliding doors. Mike and Kurt arrived on time early Monday morning and worked nonstop until the installation was complete and everything was tidied up. Communicated with my wife and I during the install to make sure everything was installed to our liking. Thanks Mike and Kurt for a job well done and thanks EZ Baths for helping us get the shower we need and want. We look forward to using our improved shower tomorrow evening!!

Justin came to our home to give a quote and show use the options that were available. He was very courteous and walked us threw all the options that we’re available. We made our choices and schedule an install.
When all items came in a date was set for installation. Mike and Kirk arrived and started installing. They were both very nice and did an exceptional job on installation. After the install they cleaned after themselves and walked us through step by step showing us the features of the unit. Thank you guys for an excellent job.
