My experience with this company was 10⭐️ Not just 5⭐️ I called, they came out, gave a quote, new roof put on all within a week. Not to mention the roof was done in a day. They started at 7. Took a lunch break. Done by 4pm. The roof looks awesome. Quick response time. Awesome customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. Good job y’all 🙃🙂

Huge props and thanks to Tommy Means and Geaux Roof for not only replacing my roof in 2012 after Hurricane Isaac, but for also working with me to come back out 7 years later to remove my skylight and renew my chimney during the holiday weekend! I should have taken your advice the first time when you replaced the roof and recommended removing and covering the skylight. Lesson learned! Lol Thanks again, I truly appreciate it!

I called for an appointment to get an estimate to get a metal roof. I asked specifically if Geaux Roof did metal roofs and was assured that they did. After waiting an hour for the representative to show up, he said oh we don't really like to do metal roofs and we have too much business now any way. Really? How unprofessional.

we paid them so much money to fix our leaky roof (thousands) . they did not. they came back a few times, but eventually stopped calling us back all together. After almost a year of this, my dad who is a carpenter came to work on our roof and repair the ceiling. He said the problem was an obvious, relatively easy fix. Needless to say NOW our roof is fixed thanks to a little elbow grease and an experienced eye, no thanks to Geaux Roof.
