Our bathroom consultant was great! He worked with us to get a good price. He explained all the pieces of the job (walls,floor,plumbing, fixtures,glass,colors and materials). He was knowledgeable and there was no pressure on us in his presentation. A great bonus is that he is a Christian man with integrity from a solid company. I love that we are doing business with Danny LeBlanc,too!

I had called EZ Bath on Wednesday and Kyle Orgeron the consultant came out the next day. He was great! He went over all my concerns. He made sure to take his time and go through the whole process. He made sure all my needs of this project and financial concerns were met. Kyle made sure I had no questions unanswered. He was very nice, great personality!!!!
Update: I had Michael and Micah come out to install my walk-in shower. It came out beautifully , just as it was picked out by me. They both were very nice and got the work done in 2 days. They were informative letting me know every step they were taking and answered any questions I had. The work they did was professional.

Had a very professional and learned a lot about tub to shower remodeling from EZ Baths design rep Travis Wilkinson. It was a no pressure, ask a lot of questions about needs and what’s available to update the old bathroom. Got a good quote and wasn’t pressured into signing the agreement. Everything was explained well, the equipment used, the placement of everything to be installed and pictures of what it will look like when completed. Very satisfied and highly recommend this veteran owned company.

Wade did an excellent job installing our walk in shower. He was very helpful in giving us information about best placement of accessories as well as info about maintaining the equipment.

Mike and Kurt were very professional. They installed the shower within 5 1/2 hours. Cleaned up where you can't believe they were ever here except for my brand new shower. Very pleasant young men. Thank you! 😊

We had an afternoon appt with Paul to go over shower options for my mawmaw. Our appt time was for 6pm so the whole family could be present for going over options/pricing. He was here on time for the meeting (actually a few minutes early!). He was extremely informative and was happy to answer any and all of our questions. He made going over bath options simple by using his iPad to lay out the shower with the color & specifications that we wanted. We were able to get a good idea of how the finished product would look. Pricing went well and his estimate was in the ballpark area that we were expecting to spend. Can’t wait for the shower to be installed (typically installed in one day) in about 6weeks. Thank you, Paul, for all your help with designing this new shower with ease!

Paul made what is usually a tedious process very easy. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything completely. He took his time, explained options and provided key insights about creating a safe shower area for aging in place. And he's genuinely warm. Their price was very competative and we especially liked that their warehouse and shop is in Baton Rouge. When we do our other bath, we will call Paul and EZ Bath

I would recommend EZBath mainly because the sales rep, Travis Wilkinson was exceptionally wonderful to deal with. He was on time and explained everything. The bathroom installers, Mike and Kurt were on time, exceptionally friendly and professional. They took great care with my house and cleaned everything up spotless. I didn't have to do a thing! It's great to have a company that is client oriented and is very respectful of the client and their belongings! Thank you very much!

Today was my installation day for my bathroom. Mike and Kurt were the installers. They were very polite and professional. They took their time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. I now have a beautiful bathroom well worth the price but most of all Mike and Kurt were super AWESOME!

My parents decided they wanted to remodel their bathroom due to it being outdated. Wade was the technician that worked on the remodeling and he did an awesome job. In addition, he was able to complete it in record timing even though he did all the work by himself. The only concern is that the door may need a stopper, since it hits the shower’s glass but that should be a small fix. Overall, my parents were satisfied with the finished work.

EZ Bath is a great company to work with. I absolutely love the three bathroom installations. Adam and Taylor were very professional and sincere. I am grateful to have them as my installers.

I met the EZ Bath company at a LAFF Convention in Feb of 2025… we were not ready to start our project that year but ask if they would call us in 2026. Sure enough we received a call in early 2026 and the appointment was set on Jan 20, 2026. A very nice salesman named Kim came and went through every single aspect of getting a bathroom remodel and walk in shower! He was very thorough and precise about everything and walked me through the entire process so I could make a decision for my husband and I. We were offered some amazing deals that night and I made the choice to purchase and all the measurements and color choices were placed in our files. The shower was going to be magnificent bases on the computer generated photo! We put up half our costs and waited anxiously to start the project! When the materials came in were given a call by Emma to set everything up for installation. A date was set for February 17 to have the shower installed. We were told that we would receive a call the day before checking to make sure that everything was still on for the day of the installation and that the installer would call us the next morning to make sure that everything was good prior to him arriving. When Mike got to the house, he greeted my husband and I with a friendly handshake and introduced himself. Some discussion took place and then we proceeded to take Mike to the area where the shower would be installed. In the master bathroom. His coworker, Kurt, arrived right behind him. Both of the installers were very professional, and made sure that I knew exactly what was going to happen each step of the way. They prepared our house by asking us to move a few more things that they felt might be in harms way. They also laid down tarps throughout the house where they would be walking and covered some areas in the bathroom itself. These two men were exceptionally friendly and answered all questions that I had along the way. They also allowed me to take pictures as they were working. In the end, our new shower is amazingly fantastic. It is absolutely beautiful and looks like we spent $1 million. I cannot tell you how happy we are with how it turned out and how it has been to work with this company. Mike went through a checklist of items, making sure that we knew exactly how to take care of our shower, what products could be used on the shower to clean it, and explain explaining the warranties. In the end, every single thing that Kim had told us would happen…did happen. I would 150% recommend EZ Baths of Louisiana to anyone who ask about our shower or questioned about getting a walk in shower. A+++++++ all around!

This company is very unprofessional. They’re scammers! Never do business with this company unless you want a incomplete job. Worst company ever! They take your money & reuse material!!

Please be aware that this company does not provide quality work! They use old materials and will only offer to “fix” it once you call them on it. And please don’t expect a refund when you see that they performed a subpar job! Do yourself a favor and go with another company !!

They take the easier way out and manipulate you into thinking that they are going to get the job done only to get your money. I would not recommend using this company. You would do better trusting a 5 star company that’s going to get the job done correctly & not over charge you to reuse old material on the job.
