Gerami was able to explain to us everything we needed, did a safety check on our home and advised us what type of carbon/smoke detectors were needed. Also explained how to use the generator and interlocking kit. He even helped us order the right generator cord we needed. We are very pleased with his services. I had Ty Latiolais add one indoor electrical outlet and two outdoor outlets. He showed up in a timely manner and worked efficiently. I loved that he even swept up any debris created from drilling and wore protective booties in the house to minimize mess from going in and out. I can’t wait to hang up some holiday lights after years of not having the outlets to do so!

Ben Reier was great! First off I have been trying to get an electrician to install an inlet to plug a generator into my house for a bit. None showed or communicated well, all too busy or whatever. I made an appointment with Mr. Electric on Monday, appointment Wednesday and done before 10am. They sent Ben who did the job promptly. He was a pleasant nice guy. I'm calling him for any future electrical needs. Thanks Ben

I give them a 1 for being professional and eager. I was very disappointed out right heart broken for trying to be taken advantage of by the guys who were set out I requested a quote for an electric vehicle charger installation something that ranges in cost from $200-$800 with no issues to install. I was quoted $2814. The next quote I received an hour later was $450 for the same service. I will never recommend this company but I will definitely warn as many people as I can about the dishonesty and integrity I encountered in my experience

If you want a professional expert then ask for Thomas. He is hands down THE BEST electrician that Mr Electric has sent to our home. He identified and repaired a faulty wiring job that another electrician had done. Thomas explained the repair and did great work. Highly recommend Thomas at Mr electric

Jordan as very professional & very knowledgeable. He installed a 220 outlet in our garage to charge our hybrid EV. He also installed a whole home surge protector at the same time. No charge to come out to estimate the job. Once we accepted, work was finished in about 3 hours. I highly recommend Jordan & Mr. Electric.

Price gouging!! Do not use this company before comparing prices with other companies! I had 2 appointments scheduled with Jeremy and on the day of the appointments, I received a call stating they would have to reschedule. I was very aggravated at the whole ordeal and then received a call later that morning stating they can have a tech at my house in 30 minutes. I met with Thomas Hawkins and he gave me a price of 1300.00 to hang up 2 televisions and to secure electrical wiring in my attic, then all of a sudden his price changed to 1652.00 for the work I needed done. I asked why the price changed and he stated that is what the system charged, but can give me a $75.00 discount on the price, like if that’s a lot of money off the price. He requested that half be paid and the other half will be due upon completion of the work. I called and canceled the appointment the morning of and he called me to ask why I canceled and if it was because of the price. I told him yes and that I will shop around to get a better price. He then said he could drop the price to 1252.00. Now, why was he able to give me a cheaper price then, but wasn’t able to give me that price in the beginning. Make a long story short, I hired Sal’s Electric and they came out and did the work for less! Sal’s Electric did a great job and was very professional with fair pricing!

The electricians & staff came on time and we went over the problems with the breaker box. The price of replacement upfront. I also received a military discount. This was really appreciated and needed. They were professional, efficient& knowledgeable. I was updated on everything they were doing, We had power up & going the same day.
