My house was struck by lightning.
The first Rhino employee you meet is Jennifer who handles calls and scheduling and probably 16 other things. She's extremely responsive, follows up, was very empathetic, and extremely informative.
The 2nd employee I met was Justin, who is their lightning technician. Extremely efficient, kind-hearted, very experienced and was able to identify and troubleshoot some of the craziest things like it was second nature. The guy has excellent work ethic, and was very humble.
Jerry, Jerry knows his stuff, and knows his team. He ran the show as his technicians got our panel relocated to the exterior as well as a number of other very cumbersome fixes. He made sure that all the work was done to a high standard. When something didn't go according to plan he found a solution.
Mr Scott was boots on the ground from the first day, and I'm pretty sure he's a head honcho over there. So it was nice to see somebody high up coming out in person to make sure we were set up just right.
Blakes the estimator, the dollar guy, and he helped us navigate the costs along the way.
Special shout out to the technicians that came out 2 or 3 days in a row, Keith and Jay. Great personalities, very helpful.

I wouldn't normally do a review so lengthy but these guys showed up early, stayed late, and made sure every concern that I had was addressed and fixed. Not only that but when a cabinet door accidentally broke they fixed it, they were able to solve a couple electrical problems I've had for a few years since we bought the place, in the even went beyond the call of duty and helped me seal up the space where the old breaker box used to be even though that's not part of their job description.

My laundry room light went out. Justin came out, found out it was the light switch and replaced the switch. He was very polite and professional. I also talked to him about doing another job in my kitchen. I’m very satisfied with his work! Also very satisfied with Rhino Electric Services notifications.

Rhino Electric did an amazing job on installing all electrical components for our new pool and completed the job in one day! I’ve already hired them for installation of flood lights as well. Great company with great people who communicate very well and answer any question one may have.

After a lightning strike, I needed an electrician to do a fairly elaborate amount of stuff. The tech was punctual, friendly, well-trained, and did the job perfectly. I will definitely be calling them again.

The professional responsiveness of the office support personnel, the licensed electricians, and the online contractual and scheduling software turned a logistically challenging upgrade and replacement of an entire service feed and panel for a 50-year-old residence (expected to be a total nightmare) into a smooth and efficient (and QUICK) project!

We recently bought a house and needed a breaker panel moved out of a bathroom. Rhino did a great job at a reasonable price. They communicated well and Chris and Clay were very professional. Would definitely use them again!

We used Rhino to install some 50 amp plugs for our food trucks. We didnt even known we needed to upgrade our electrical panel with two new breakers. They did it all with no extra charge! Didn’t even tell us about it, we noticed when we open up the panel. Great communication, amazing staff. We highly recommend them to anyone we know. They even marked everything so we would know which breaker to flip on and off.

Call out to my mom’s house on Christmas Eve! They showed up fast and managed to figure out it was an Entergy Problem, one Leg of power was out from the pole. They called Entergy, calmed my 84 year old mom down, let her know the power company won’t knock on the door, they will just show up and fix it. The best call you could make is to these guys. Wish they had a 10 star option!
