I had a bathroom exhaust fan replaced. They did not make it clear to me that I would still need to get an HVAC person to connect the fan to the duct work. If I had known this, I would have called Accutemp to do everything (Accutemp has electrical people as well). Moreover, the guy did not point out an issue with the clearance of the fan in the attic. Again, it would have been better to have Accutemp do everything. This Cajun Electric guy was just in and out real quick.

Also, they charge you "trip time" which is variable depending on traffic, which is too vague in my opinion.

Needed a cord and receptacle installed at the stove, since it was wired direct. Called Adam and he took care of this within a couple of days. In the next few weeks, we were getting new floors installed, and didn’t want the floor installers having any issues removing the stove. Thxs for the quick response.

I usually deal with Cameron like quite a few other people here I can tell you he’s top notch well mannered by the book he always does a good thorough job really easy to communicate with and work with

Electrician was on time, thorough in his examination of all lighting fixtures, suggestions for improvement in recommendation of bulbs, hard-working, and explanation of why he'd need a second visit to finish the job.

The electrician Cajun sent was patient with listening to my explanations of the electrical issues I was having. He was very efficient in repairing all of the issues and in explaining to me how what he was doing was fixing the problem. I would definitely use them again!

Sold me display sconces and shades At list price that one of the shade were defective, They contacted the manufacturer who said they would not stand by the shades and therefore Cajun didn't stand by the shades. I Had to pay $200 they have shades made properly.I think these people are ripoffs. It's one thing if I bought a display sconces and got a discount but I paid full price and did not get full product.

The team at Cajun Electric responded to our call on a holiday weekend, scheduled their team to perform the inspection and by Monday at noon the problem was fixed. The repair included replacing the sub panel feed (150’) to our outdoor kitchen. Excellent group!

They replaced my doorbell both in the attic and on the wall. Also checked to make sure the wiring was correct on my Ring at the front door. Service tech was very nice, professional and thorough. Will definitely contact them again for electrical needs.

They were actually a little early!! They were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. I had to make my appointment a week in advance which isn’t always possible. Overall, I will use them again and recommend them to friends.

Cajun Electric was a refreshing pleasure to work with even in this crazy Covid time. They gave me a cost & time estimate based on my to do list (sight unseen) and both estimates were very accurate. The young man that came to my house was prompt, professional, very nice, explained my options, and made good suggestions. I have worked with Cajun Electric in a commercial setting and I have had them do new residential construction on my personal home. These folks are the real deal. their staff is capable and competent and they tend to everything that is needed to provide what the customer needs in a safe, prudent and in accordance with all code requirements.
