Okay, so I just had some electrical work done at my place by Thomas and his apprentice Calvin from Mr. Electric, and seriously, I'm super impressed! From the moment they showed up, these guys were awesome – really professional, friendly, and they clearly know their stuff. They took the time to figure out what was going on, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and walked me through what they were going to do before starting.

Their attention to detail was top-notch, and you could tell they really cared about doing things right. Thomas and Calvin worked fast and carefully, making sure everything was perfect. Not only did they totally fix my electrical issue, but they also left the area cleaner than they found it, which was a huge bonus!

What really made it great was how approachable they were. They were happy to answer all my questions, and honestly, they just made the whole experience totally stress-free. I'd absolutely recommend Thomas, Calvin, and Mr. Electric to anyone needing electrical help. Their service is seriously the best, and those two are definitely keepers for their team!

They responded quickly to my call for electrical services and even moved me up a day when they had a cancellation! That’s where the good ended. The technician was unwilling to get under the house to see what the problem was/what was needed. I crawled under. I can mildly excuse that though I was annoyed. Then, despite claiming free estimates, they charge a $256 diagnostic fee which results in an estimate. So the estimate IS NOT FREE. I decided to move ahead with service anyway. The technician said he was going to grab what he needed and be about thirty minutes to an hour. I didn’t realize that meant leaving the house to get what he needed and then coming back- simple miscommunication. I assumed they would have gfci outlets on the truck. My mistake. No problem. However, over an hour and a half later, he was not back. I called the office and just canceled the visit. Poor communication and improper advertising. I’ve paid $256 to crawl under my own home which I can shockingly do for free.

My breaker box had issues affecting the central AC, and Justin from Rhino Electric came out, diagnosed the problem, and changed the faulty breakers. He even went into the attic to check that electricity was going from the box to the unit; this enabled to AC repair people to come out and finish fixing it promptly. I would definitely use Rhino again for my electrical needs.

I was having my pool converted from chlorine to salt. The electrical work was schedule for a Thursday and Wednesday Jennifer called, informed me they had a cancellation, and asked if I would want them to come out that day .... of course I did. They arrived at the time I was told, introduced themselves, told me what they would be doing and went right to work. When the job was complete they informed me they would be leaving and asked me if I had any questions

Chris & Clay did a great job installing living room lights with dimmer switches, & exterior floodlights. Everything was done perfectly & they were very professional. 6/26/25–Updating my earlier review. Had a patio light fixture that was out and couldn’t find the reason. Justin (the tech) traced the line from fixture to panel and throughout the house. He found it after he searched methodically.
I still give Rhino 5-stars! And if you notice, all 346 Google reviews are 5-stars. The reason is Rhino is responsive with making appointments, timely on appt time, they do a very good job at a fair price, the owners pay attention, the techs themselves are nice, kind, knowledgeable, and you'll be at ease with them in your house.
If you’re looking for an electrician, call Rhino. The owner, Jennifer, will likely answer and she is great!
