Gerami L. was an absolute godsend today. I was having issues with some old wiring from an old security system. Id shocked myself earlier in the day and they got me in the same day, looked everything over to make sure it was all safe and generally just fixed all the issues I had. I cannot recommend him enough. I'll definately be requesting him again. 10/10

I was having really strange issues with my motion lights at work. Gerami was able to figure out the issue and fix it incredibly quick and explained everything that was going on. Fantastic service

Mr electric were here for my problems on Christmas Eve and were so efficient and kind. I had major electrical issues and parts had to ordered but they got me up and running for the holidays and came back and worked 11 hours on one day to complete the project. Special thanks to Taylor and Quincy for all the kind help.

Reached out to see what it would cost for someone to come out to change 2 outlets and install a ceiling fan, I was told it would be "no charge" to come out to my home and offer me a quote, when I pressed I was told it was not "exactly free", glad I pressed because something did not add up to me. I did some further digging and turns out it's $266 for a diagnostic charge. I called Home360 instead and was offered the diagnostic fee up front of $85 and they directly quoted the fan pricing to me before hand. The handling from this company feels dishonest and like they want to take advantage of you, look else where.

Was very easy to get an appointment scheduled. The technician was on time. Very pricey estimate. Tried to fool me into unnecessary repairs and to top it off left us with a horrible mess to clean up. I would be very cautious when using this “neighborly company”.

Asked them to come check a dryer outlet that was not working and the technician told me it would be a $500 advanced inspection and I asked him to confirm that the dryer was not the problem because that was a $150 unit, so why spend $500 when the problem can be solved by getting a $150 replacement dryer. He said he could confirm that there was no power coming to the outlet and then Proceeded to fix the problem which turned out to be a problem with something on the dryer plug in. Problem was he did not check to make sure that the breaker had not been turned back on from when the dryer was originally plugged in. Either duplicitous by not really doing as I had asked before starting the work, or just not that careful. In either case I won’t be using this service in the future.

Tyler did an amazing job, he was on time, overtly professional, helpful, efficient, and proficient at his trade. The appointment went as best as you could imagine. What else could you ask for? 10 out of 10 Tyler did amazing

Thomas and Calvin were so great and a pleasure to work with! They were prompt and very professional. We had an annoying electric problem and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. They were also super friendly and explained everything to me throughly.

Man what a great company not only from dispatch Mrs. Rita but she sent the perfect technician out Mr. Ben Reier he was able to come out and pin point the exact problem and the recommendations that the gave definitely gave me the confidence that this company actually cares and is out to serve the community thank you and if there is an electrical issues in the future this will be the first company I call.

Our technician, Ben, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to investigate the problem and then educated us on what was wrong. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that the pricing was a bit high given that no actual repair work ended up being required. (Cause of not working outlet was a tripped GFCI outlet, hidden behind added cabinetry).

Ben was very helpful. He diagnosed what was going on within my power outage and he fixed it promptly. He also showed me how to fix it going forward on my own if something were to happen again.

Thomas and Calvin were very professional. Gave me great information on safety features and services. Will definitely be calling these guys in the future to address those needs.

Thomas did a great job getting my breaker box working safely. He is very knowledgeable and will assure the work is professional. Ask for Thomas when scheduling. He is punctual, polite and treats your home with respect. Thank to him my appliances are getting power again

Added a 50amp breaker to the main panel and connected wiring to a RV Shore Power outlet. Added a Whole Home Surge Protector at the suggestion of the electrician. work was completed, inspected and tested to ensure all systems functioned properly. Avery did an exceptional job making sure the job was done professionally and cleanly. I would recommend Mr Electric to other customers
