I called Rhino on a Friday morning and spoke with Jennifer, and by Monday at 8 a.m. we had someone at our house. From start to finish, the entire Rhino team was an absolute dream to work with. They truly handled everything.

As someone who knows nothing about electricity, I was honestly nervous, but Jennifer, Jordan, and Justin were incredibly thorough and walked me through every step of the process. Our project required permits and inspections—which felt intimidating—but Rhino took care of all of it seamlessly. I was presented with several options to meet our needs, with different budget options, and did not feel pressured or persuaded to make a certain decision. Jordan was able to answer any questions and understood what my goal was.

At the conclusion of the day, when the inspector came out, he said it was some of the finest work he had seen. Jordan, our technician, went above and beyond what was required to pass code, while still staying budget friendly! When we ran into issues with Entergy, Jennifer stepped in, made the calls, and had our power restored in under an hour.

These guys after installation of light fixtures made sure installation was to satisfaction. Picked up materials at their lunch break. Can't say enough. Owner, Scott stopped by throughout the day to inspect progress before, during and end of the day. Top notch company that i would have no problem recommending!

I have used Rhino Electric Services twice and they have been amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable and do great work! Very reasonably priced (I've done the comparisons!) and I feel much better after having them check everything. I live in an older home with some wiring issues and Scott and his team came in and made the necessary repairs and I am not having any more flickering, buzzing from outlets, or any other issues. I would highly recommend their services!

Rhino Electric helped me with two very different projects, and my experience in both cases was outstanding. The scheduling process is easy in that they have friendly, dedicated phone support. They are reliable in that they come when they say they will come, and they give advanced notice that they are on the way. Two different gentlemen have come out on the two occasions that I needed help, and both were wonderful. Both were calm, capable, and listened carefully. The most recent was Jordan. The electrician did what I asked, was polite and the new outlet works. Cajun Electric was very good about keeping me informed as to when he would arrive.

I was overcharged for 2 of their employees to locate an outlet in my garage. This company started the clock to bill charges on their drive to my home. It took them 35 minutes to locate one GFI outlet and replace an outside outlet. They billed charges for labor, 2 persons 1.5 hours. Bill was $222.50. Their employees sat on my driveway in their company truck after the job was done. I did not understand why they sat out there so long until I reached out to them days later upon recieving the outrageous bill and they told me how they tracked their company truck at my address for a long period. Draw your own conclusion. If you don't mind being ripped off... give them a call.

Kenny did a fantastic job on the electrical work at our company. I highly recommend Cajun Electric. They had the best quotes and the fastest response time out of everyone who quoted the work we needed.

Cajun Electic re-wired my home several years ago and this week I had an issue with my smoke detector. A technician came to my house immediately after I called it in and resolved the issue!
I also use this company professionally for all of my construction projects.

Side note: dust and particles can get lodged in the detectors and set them off causing false alarms ( literally and at 4am).

Cameron arrived 30 minutes early for his appointment and helped me assemble 2 nest cameras to front and back porch. Very satisfied customer at the moment.

Had two fans to replace with one being over a big island. they brought portable scaffolding that enable them to install without touching my granite island. the young man was very professional and not only installed the fans but fixed an issue with the on/off switch for one of the fans.
