We've been with WintersAire since their beginning. Jason Winters and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, reliable, and courteous. Our maintenance & service call was with Mike B. and it went very well as usual. Mike was on time and a good communicator, highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mike always takes the time to address issues and try to resolve those issues in order for our system to run as efficiently as possible as well as to prevent problems arising in between our preventative maintenance appointments. Nobody wants their system going down in the heat of summer or the dead of winter! I recommend WinterSaire Heating & Cooling highly for all of your AC/Heating needs. You can rely on them for maintenance as well as emergency service needs.

Kevin, the service technician, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. He laid out our options clearly with the associated costs, making our decisions easier.

Jason has worked on my geothermal HVAC units for years. Have total confidence in him. Called early this morning with a water leak and they came within an hour.

Our air went out right after 5:00 on a Friday of all days. Called Jason and he sent a guy out that arrived within an hour and a half. Didn’t take but 5 minutes to pinpoint the problem and about another 15 to fix it. Great service from the office to the field tech. Highly recommend!!
