Technician Blake Eisler did an excellent job on semi-annual maintenance on my units. WinterSaire installed my units, have maintained them for years and hope they will for many years to come.

Capital City Maintenance is a very professional organization. I have use them on two separate occasions and will call them again. They were prompt, professional and through.

They were on time and did s fantastic job of evaluating my air conditioning and checking the freon levels to keep the units running properly.

The maintenance people showed up promptly between the scheduled time. They walked me through what was needed to be fixed and repaired the issues. They were efficient and thorough! Even gave tips about routine maintenance.

My heater stopped working & they responded quickly. The part took a while ( not on their part) but as soon as it was shipped in they came back to install

I called Capital City Maintenance in April and set up an appointment to come to my house and fix my refridgerator. They showed up charged $90 for coming took a pic of my fridge and charged me $800 for the parts. They said they would call me when the parts came in. I asked repeatedly if it would be with in a month time frame due to a family get together at my house. They assured me it would. At the end of 3 weeks I called and was told the parts would not be in on time for the event. I enquired about getting my money back and was told I would be charged a large re-stocking fee. I decided to just get the parts and let them fix it. It has now been 3 months and they never have called me. I called them and found out the parts were sitting in there warehouse and they weren't sure why no one had called to schedule the service appt. So they showed up and said they didn't have all the parts that they needed and we would have to pay more for the parts that were needed and have to wait for them to come in again. All I can say is that I'm a business owner and I would be out of business if I dealt with customers like this.

Derek was great at identifying my issue and assuring me that he would get the parts ordered and installed as soon as possible. The courtesy calls were definitely a plus to accommodate my work. Great service!
