My husband and I would just like to thank Justin and Kinleigh from Ward Mechanical for installing our additional intake duct work and vent. Not only were they on time but my husband said they could not have been more professional, skillful and polite in the execution of the work. The new vent looks great and the duct was perfectly installed and we could not be happier with the results. We've counted on Ward Mechanical for over 20 years for all our annual HVAC maintenance and repairs and cannot recommend them enough.
P.S. My husband says please consider giving Justin and Kinleigh a raise. :)

We are very satisfied with the service we received from Ward Mechanical for a variety of reasons. For starters, Ward Mechanical provides professional courteous service. They were on time as scheduled. They took care to not damage anything in our home. They answered all our questions. The job was completed in the allotted timeframe. This job was replacing the air handler in the attic so it was pretty involved.

I'm still a Ward Mechanical customer after many years. Mike just did our bi-annual maintenance. He was very courteous, professional, did not leave a mess and was on time. I will say it again... Ward has earned a customer for life. Wonderful people to work with.

Stan came to us fast and within minutes figured out what was going on with our AC. He worked with us to find the best solution and had us up and running in less than an hour. Professional, friendly service to VERY satisfied customers. Thank you Stan for being fabulous!

The previous a/c person didn't install ducts and plenum properly not to mention left a mess in the attic.... Tommy at Ward Mechanical came out, took measurements & informed us of options... They customized the plentum because the attic was small and installed new ducts and added a return vent... Awesome crew answered every question and checked on other concerns I had... They even removed the old stuff left up there from last person! Very neat, polite and professional! Already cooler in here! Also bought the maintenance package to prevent any future issues.... Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Kenneth always does an A1 job. Today he did our fall maintenance and also completely cleaned the blower. The ac was fresh and clean ..air smelled great! Heater working perfectly now and ready for fall/winter. Also had new assistant Rachel who was helpful and pleasant as well. My husband and I are very happy with Ward Mech.

Adam and everyone I interacted with were professional, personable, kind, and excellent at their job. They came out on the same day, a weekend, for an emergency when I was a new customer. They were here within two hours and went above and beyond in terms of performance and customer service. Can't recommend them enough and will be telling my friends if they need any HVAC services.

Ward Mechanical has always treated us amazing. Their staff has always repaired our AC units perfectly while treating us like family. They are beyond an amazing company to work with. It’s really great to be treated like a person and not a job or number. They are incredible and really care about their customers!

We have not had any service done to our units yet, but our home warranty company sent Ward Mechanical to us for an issue with air flow and condensation. They were very quick to get us on their schedule, we were seen within 24 hours. The office staff that scheduled the appointment was very nice and helpful. The tech that came out was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We will be working with this company in the future to service our A/C unit and we would recommend them to all our friends and family. Great company!

Where do I begin with this amazing company and staff. Called them for a service call to find out needed an entire unit. Spoke with Ms. Cindy and she helped iron out everything and went over and beyond to help me with choosing the correct system. The day of install which is today they was on time and ready to go. Outstanding technicians and service. Just had my complete HVAC system replaced. Everyone I dealt with at Wards was very knowledgeable and professional. From the first call to get a quote to discussing my options on a replacement system, all the technicians and office personnel were great. The day of my system changeout everyone arrived on time and quickly got in gear. These guys finished up quickly and completely cleaned up behind themselves. They all seemed to be in a good mood and eager to work together in a professional manner.
This new system surely is quiet and seems to be of very good quality.
I am very glad I decided to use Ward Mechanical Contractors. Their pricing was good, and service was excellent. Installation being done correctly with no shortcuts is critical. It is comforting knowing I have a brand-new system and a great team standing behind it.

Prices are very competitive with other local companies and isn’t trying to sell you on things you don’t need. Will definitely use for future needs and recommend to any and everyone.

McClain AC came out on sunday after hours when we were desperate for some acceptable air conditioning. Our AC had gone out on us thursday and essentially the apartment maintenance guy screwed us and left us broiling in a 87 degree house. McClain came on out promptly to my apartment and had the problem solved within an hour. He went above and beyond. Not only did he prevent me from possibly heat exhaustion sitting in my own house, but he educated me on what all went wrong and what should be done here on out to keep the unit running properly. He is a sound choice for anyone who needs a certified AC repairman.
