Adam came out and arrived on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem with a blower motor and I got the problem fixed. Adam was very professional and very easy to work with.

Have been using them for a couple years now and their maintenance plan annually is priced fairly and the technicians are always pleasant and detailed with their explanations after their maintenance services.

Fast turn around times and great service. Were able to replace blower day they came to service. Have awesome maintenance program for HVAC. Friendliest staff.

Called out company to fix an ac where the outside fan motor had gone out. They were finished in 45 minutes. They had to replace a fan capacitor. (5mfd 440/370) They sell these capacitors at retail costs of $8.50 on Amazon. but they charged me $101.00 dollars, They also charged me the 79.95 trip charge, so the cost for the capacitior didn't include labor. That was a charge for the part. A mark up of 1200%. That's wrong and when I brought it to their attention later, nothing. No response.

Wonderful men did the work in a timely manner. And cleaned up there mess after they were finished. And left me in the Wonderful air conditioning. Thanks Charlotte

We had issues of cooling and heating our master bedroom. Mark did an assessment and Justin, Mike, and Mark replaced our old duct work that they could get to. We have a 47 year old two-story house. They assured us that they would use PPE and perform the extra disinfecting of materials that we requested, and they made good on their promise. When entering our home, they wore a mask, gloves, and boot covers. Compared to other companies who have done work in our home, the Ward team took into consideration improvement of our system through ductwork replacement. In short, they did an awesome job! I have been WARDS Mechanical Customer for 20 years. They are the BEST. I will give you specifics. When my air went out about 5 years ago, my Home Warranty connected me with another Contractor. It was over 95 degrees and two days passed with NO word from that other Contractor. I called Ward Mechanical, they came THE SAME DAY! TODAY MIKE came in and repaired my heat in NO TIME FLAT.
