Hunter McMorris was AMAZING today! My AC was making a buzzing noise and he came out and fixed it so quickly! While he was working, he noticed that half of my system wasn’t running, so he made sure that he fixed that as well. He could’ve left and had me call to make another appointment to get that fixed (I’ve had other companies do that), but he stayed and made sure the whole thing was running! He also walked me through replacing my filter in my air conditioner as well. He was quick, professional, and so helpful with explaining what happened with my unit! He’s the best!

The tech arrived before I got a real notification he was on the way. No problems there as someone was at the house. Hunter quickly found and corrected the issue. He had to wait a few minutes before I could get there. He quickly described what he had done to correct the problem and my payment options. Good service.

The whole experience was fast and easy. Our technician, Darrius, came shortly after I placed the call about a broken air conditioner at my house where my daughter lives. He fixed three different problems quickly, so my daughter and her roommates will have air tonight. I thought I was going to pay a fortune, but was very happy with the price. And most importantly, I always feel safe having Dream Team at that house with them when I can't be there.

Jack was awesome! He arrived on time, completed all maintenance, cleaned the unit really well and gave me some tips to help keep it free from lawn trimmings. He showed me pictures of everything upstairs and let me know some things that could be added to our system. I declined for now due to budget but will keep in mind for later down the road. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have used Dream Team on a previous job and have always found the company available and professional. The technician, Sa’Darrius Thomas was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing to check my AC unit. I would highly recommend him and Dream Team for any AC needs.

Dream Team has been great to work with over the years. They come out twice a year for maintenance checks and are always friendly and professional. Hunter and Mike were the techs today and were quick and thorough and patiently answered all my questions.

They stand behind their services and the Tech sent to service my system was awesome! Great service! I sent a request on the website for an appointment. I was called immediately when they opened and they had techs sent to the house with an hour.
Hunter and Mike were great and works so quickly. Within 20-30 mins they had my AC working again.
Hunter was able to give me education on keeping my unit running smoothly.

Call the Dream Team!! Joseph was super professional and knowledgable about HVAC. He took tons of before and after pics and I could tell he truly cared about his work, which is something you don’t get out of most companies these days. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues. My system has never been cleaner!!

I recently had to replace my HVAC system after 18+ years. I started getting quotes from other HVAC companies and the Dream Team not only beat their prices but they also added parts that I wasn’t getting from the competitors. I agreed on the price and The Dream Team was here in two days for the install. Justin and Taylor were on time and very professional. They were hard working and very meticulous. They were thorough and very respectful to my home. I recommend these guys to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Editing this review due ro the last 2 years of dealing with dream team. In 2023 we had ro have a new HVAC system installed. We went through Dream Team to purchase it. However the installers shoved the drainage tube straight into our insulation resulting in significant floor damage and a completely soaked duct. They sent a random contractor out who not only discovered that our insulation was soaked but the duct was full of water. The contractor asked Dream Team about replacing the duct and showed me his personal emails of them telling him to replace the wet insulation only. Fast forward a few months later, we notice our floors swelling!! We call out Dream Team again and it was discovered the installers also left a bottom filter in the HVAC system causing it to sweat straight into our floors. Some manager named Stephen came out and stated " This is absolutely our fault and we will make this right" Again and stupidly we trusted Dream team. Weeks go by and they send another scummy contractor out who refuses to even look at the damage an looks at me and says our floors are swelling because the walls are to heavy for our house!! Fast forward till now we have a new and amazing hvac company who discovered that our duct is again full of water and under the house is soaked . And our insur6is refusing to pay for damages. And this company has NEVER made good on the repairs they promised they would make and we may be coming out of pocket for the damages they have done to our house. Oh and by they way after going through our emails on the work they did including all the call out for our swelling floors they have deleted our account from their system. Run away from this company they will destroy your home.

Very unhappy with this company! 4 years ago the replaced my entire system. They placed my outside unit right in front of my sewer clean out. I called 4 years ago for them to move it they came and pushed it over,leaving just enough room to see clean out. I was not satisfied with this but they insisted that it was enough room. I told them then if I ever had trouble that they would be called to move it at no cost.
Well here I am 4 years later have sewer problems and the a/c is on top my sewer line which has to be dug up. They came out to move the a/c. I was told I would be charged right at 250.00 and it would take about 2 to 3 hours. They started at 9am, and didn't finish until after 3pm. They blew fuses from outside to my inside unit thermostat.They piggy backed two six foot disconnects on my unit.That looks like crap outside my home. My invoice lists the ac move as minor wire repair,which is incorrect And now my thermostat is not operating correctly and my ac ain't cooling properly. The service that I received in the past has been good but the service I received this go round is awful
