We had our undercounter icemaker repaired. They completely rebuilt the sealed system, and the icemaker is working like new. Very few competent repairmen out there that can do such a good job.

They installed a new icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately, it didn't make ice. No problem, I called and they immediately ordered a new one and swapped it out. I tend to highly regard business with more weight given to how they address problems. Professional scored a perfect 100. I highly recommend.

This place is unacceptable. We had them come out to our hotel to fix an ice machine. They demanded the payment before the guy left. Then I found out the guy moved the ice machine out and the drain line for the machine was pulled out and leaked on a ceiling and broke through a ceiling below us and the lady on the phone or on the text message. I should say she told me have your Plumber do it. We’re not coming out to do it. Do not hire this company. I had to pay someone else to do the repairs. Thanks

My refrigerator/freezer stopped working. They came within the time frame given. They were professional. It was a little costly for just the evaluation. But I had the parts ordered quickly and they repaired it quickly once they returned.
