Improperly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. My refrigerator is still broken despite two attempts at repairing it. However, I paid for it to be repaired. First time the company tried to repair it they purchased the wrong part. Had to come back the next week. Nearly $500 later I am left with the same problems (ice machine and water dispenser issues) and some suggestions on how I may fix it on my own. Damaged my hardwood floor too. The technician promised that someone would reach out to discuss the issues but no one has contacted me except for a request to write a review.

I feel inwas scammed with an extremely high price for such a small repair. I was shocked and blindsided. The price is so high that buying another machine was what I had to do. The problem is so easy to fix. The whole time was about 30 min to diagnose and maybe another 30 mins t o repair! I will never call this company again. They missed out on repairing my oven abd my machine. Shame on them.

I have used this company for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service. The appliances that they have worked on for me is a gas stove and a refrigerator/freezer. They were able to fix any and all issues I was having at the time. They communicate well prior to their arrival and have always arrived on time. Very dependable. Very professional. I enthusiastically recommend their services. If I ever need to call someone to repair appliances in the future, it will definitely be this company.

Everything about this company is AMAZING! Timely service… they text you with a time window and will text you if they can come early at times so the customer’s time is not wasted. Jim was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This is now my go to company for appliance repairs!

Once I discovered Pro Appliance Repair, I have not used anyone else. Paige (mom) handles the dispatch for her husband and their sons doing the work. Good work. Fair prices. Prompt service. Pretty much everything I want and need in appliance repairmen. And very nice people, too.

Horrible phone service. They also have a very limited service radius and the Bonnabel/Bucktown area is outside of that radius.

They say that this company will do your home warranty repairs. They do not. Do not waste your time find another appliance repair company.

I called them for parts for my old washer. Price was reasonable and parts came in right away. I highly recommend.

I'd give this horrible place zero stars if I could. I called them to see if they fix my washer (Frigidaire), first the lady informs me that no one would be in my area (Avondale) until a week layer. So reluctantly I made the appointment. She said the technician would be at home between 9 and 2. Well, the day comes and around one o'clock I decided to call to confirm they were in fact coming. No answer. I wait ten mins no answer again. So I waited til about 2:30 to call again. The lady answers the phone takes down my info and says she had to call her technician and she would get back to me. Needless to say she never called me back. So I called Sears, who said they could be at my home the very next day. They came out and told me the problem within 30mins. I would highly recommend Sears ,who also offers a warranty program! Don't waste your time even calling this trash place.

Jefferson Appliance came out today and repaired my ice maker. Both Leo's did a great professional job. Will use them in the future.

Leo came by to check out my Jenn-Air refrigerator and diagnosed a problem in the inverter board. Replaced the part and machine is working perfectly. I highly recommend Leo for your appliance repairs.

Leo saved Thanksgiving! Just moved into a home where the stove had a gas leak; while he was on his way, we also discovered the dryer had no heat. While he was here, he efficiently fixed both, and now there will be turkey and pies and fresh, fluffy towels for the holiday.
