Leo as amazing to work with. He got my dryer fixed and running in a couple of hours and did the job right. I would definitely call him again if I needed any repairs on my appliances.

I called Jefferson Appliance at the recommendation of a friend to fix the start button on my dryer on a Friday. Gave them some info about the make and model of the dryer. On Monday, I received a call from Leo, asking me to take some photos of the problem and send them to him, and on Tuesday, Leo was at my place, repairing my dryer's start button.

Oh yeah, Leo also took a couple of minutes after he was finished to fix an unrelated sound problem with my dryer at no extra cost. In fact, he insisted upon doing so. Also, just a very pleasant experience all around.

Would highly recommend Jefferson Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

I have called on Leo at Jefferson Appliance for my Viking Stove, Oven and Refrigerator. He has been available, prompt, always courteous and VERY knowledgeable. In fact, when the repairs on the refrigerator were not within his realm, he recommended another company, gave me what he thought was a range for the repair. He was spot on!

Leo is the BEST REPAIRMAN IN THE WORLD, well ok, the best repairman ever to enter my home. He saved us $6,000. The first repairman from GE told us we needed a whole new stove. Leo found the problem part and told us where to go to have it repaired and we were able to put it back in the oven and it works perfectly. I will never call anyone else. Thank you Leo!

Leo come to my house within 6hrs of calling Jefferson Appliance. Very professional and informative of my refrigerator problem. It turns out my problem "may " be covered under a manufactures warranty.He recommended me to call the manufacturer and he was right it was covered. He would not take money for his house call and just asked me to keep him in mind for future business,could have taken advantage of me if he wanted to, but didn't. Thanks again!

Leo was great. Oven wouldn't heat properly a week before Christmas & he fit me in during a busy schedule. Diagnosed oven problem quickly & fixed it immediately. Also, a little lagniappe when he inspected my noisy refrigerator, diagnosed & fixed that problem, cleaned the coils & fan at no extra charge. Also gave me some easy maintenance tips.Highly recommend.

Leo arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore washer. It was necessary to order the transmission kit, but it came within 2 days. His 1st visit was on Tuesday and repair was completed on Thursday. I was washing clothes same day. Washer works great, so much quieter than before repair.

Leo came to take a look at my fridge the same day I called. Of course, he did all the things you'd expect (bought the new part, installed it, etc.). But, he went above and beyond by telling me how to properly care for my seals, taking a look at my outdoor freezer, and even giving me a few spacers to properly align the door. Will use again and will recommend to others!

My dryer quit heating last night and I certainly did not want to get a new one, so my husband Todd, found Jefferson Appliance on the internet. He left a message last night and we got a call back first thing this morning. Everyone involved was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and boy were they fast!
