Leo was great. I sent him a text on a day that he was very busy and he got back to me the same day. He took his time to walk me through my refrigerator issue overt the phone and was extremely helpful. I did not know that customer service like this still existed!

Leo came by the house today and fixed our refrigerator. Same day service. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I can't rave enough about this team. My dryer started smelling smoky and they came out the same day, took it apart and fixed everything. The price was affordable and I didn't get charged until they were 100% certain everything was alright. They even came back out the next day to double check everything and reminded me there is a warranty on the parts they replaced. It's a family owned business and everyone is very knowledgeable, responsive and takes great care in their work. I highly recommend them.

Leo at Jefferson appliance was very professional. I have a vintage gas stove that he diagnosed over the phone and walked my husband through the process to fix it. He truly cares and is very good at his craft. I highly recommend them.

Leo was excellent excellent excellent. I bought a vintage chambers stove and he is so knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure everything was working, fixed what wasn’t working, and was super reasonable in his price. The lady that answers the phone is not the easiest to talk to, (I had a very simple question about not wanting to hook up my stove until he could take a look and she insisted it needed to be hooked up, I didn’t hook it up before he got there and it was a good thing I didn’t because he identified a gas leak) but it is so worth it. Really lucky to have Leo in the area. It was fun just learning from him.

I have used Leo for the past few years. We have a “vintage” washer and dryer. He is super honest, fair, reliable and will tell you when to fix vs when not to. He told us to never get rid of our washer and dryer because they are the best and can be fixed for cheap as long as he can still get parts. I appreciate having him show up on time every time. He is quick and communicative. Do not hesitate to call.

BS diagnosis, verified with the master plumber that the technician didn’t know what he was talking about. He tried to charge my wife almost the cost of a new washing machine to repair a hose on the old one. DO NOT use this company. I don’t make $135 an hour but these guys make it in 15 minutes with a made up, incorrect diagnosis. Let this company go out of business, do not support them. They are crooks

Leo and Kathy are incredible to work with!!! After getting a dryer quote for $680 from another company who did a 10 minute diagnostic, I was recommended to call Jefferson Appliance.

Jefferson Appliance was out within an hour of the initial call and was able to take care of the repair and replacement the same day. Their quote was half the price from the previous quote.

Leo has been my go to appliance guy for years. Has been an absolute wizard for fridge, washer, dishwasher and stove. Literally saved our lives with the stove that was leaking carbon monoxide. He’s on time, fixes it right the first time and very reasonably priced.

Jefferson Appliance Repair is the only repair service that I use. Leo was prompt and courteous. But more importantly he is very knowledgeable and helpful. While here, repairing my ice maker, he walked me through every step of troubleshooting so that if I have a future issue I could maybe do it myself (who does that?!) He also, while here, made sure I cleaned the coils on my refrigerator and even provided a brush to make sure I could get to every area. He even inspected my work - I failed the first inspection- and assisted in getting to what I thought was unreachable areas. The charge was reasonable and the experience was great.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jefferson Appliance! This father’s-son team gives you honest opinions, timely service, and excellent work. Leo Sr.’s love of Chambers stoves is wonderful to experience, and he is always ready to tweak a gas flame or fiddle with a pipe to keep your stove happy. His son is thoughtful, quiet, and a fast worker. They are our go-to for any appliance repair.

My freezer was not working. This company diagnosed it and said it was worth the $300.00 + service call to repair. It quit working within a week and when I called, no one came out, and I was told the diagnosis could have been wrong. I waited 5 days. I would have never spent that money if I had been told the repair may or may not work. It is a shame this was done to a retiree on a tight budget. The picture on the left was before "fix" and after the "fix" on the right and middle. Save your money and get someone else or buy a new appliance.

I had a good experience with them. They came over to look at a dishwasher, made a quick and effective fix. While over, they volunteered to take a look at a gas stove/oven that another company said needed extensive repairs to the extent it would be best to just replace it. The guys from Jefferson Appliance diagnosed the problem and quickly and effectively fixed the problem with no additional charge, potentially saving me hundreds of dollars for a new appliance. For both vintage and new stoves, they are the best. Leo knows stoves — the kind of knowledge that only comes from many years of experience. He is thorough, professional, and very generous with his time. He responds quickly and explains things clearly. These days, it seems rare to find this level of expertise and service, and we are so grateful. He worked on our 1950s O'Keefe and Merritt, and we suggested him to our friend who has a 20-year-old Viking -- we were all equally very happy with our now perfectly working stoves.
