I came home to my A/C cutting itself off and having issues with the safety switch. I called at 12:30am, fully expecting to leave a message on a machine, but someone answered immediately and took my information. A technician came out 7 hours later and fully took care of my issue. I’m so glad that I went with Help! for my new unit 2 years ago and that they have such amazing and quick customer service!

HELP!!AC was recommended by our realtor when we moved here ten years ago. Our regular tech, Viet, has kept our ancient, zombie/dinosaur unit going through each increasingly hot summer. We knew we needed to replace the unit but kept putting it off another year. But the last two summers were absolutely brutal. Almost $500 power bills and my inside temps were at 79°+. We had two window units in the summer and several heaters throughout winter so no cool weather bill relief for us. I couldn't stand the thought of another sleepless summer so I decided to get quotes for the new unit. I called five of the biggest local names, including HELP!!AC. Because I am already a long term, happy customer, I was not at all surprised that HELP!!AC had the BEST price and the best long term warranty, including on their labor. What did surprise me is that HELP!! was over ten thousand less than the closest comp. When the crew arrived, exactly on time and with really cheerful attitudes, they took great care to minimize any potential mess even though the rest of the house is in various stages of remodeling. They were extremely kind to my animals and my son, and their attention to detail was phenomenal. They cut vents into rooms that never had central AC, re-did all of the duct work, and installed a unit that is literally as tall as I am. Also, the salesman I originally spoke to came by the first morning to check in with me and then one of the owners stopped by on the last day of work and inspected the process himself. I was very impressed by these visits. It hasn't been a full 30 days yet but our energy consumption has dropped by almost 50% already and my house is actually comfortable during the heat of the day. I am beyond grateful for the customer service I received from HELP!!AC and I am especially grateful for the nice, cool difference in my house this summer!

In addition to keeping my two HVAC units in tip top shape with their outstanding team of technicians, they helped me navigate the tricky process of meeting the state's stringent requirements for a Fortified roof. In order for the Fortified roof to be properly installed, I hired Help! President Kenny Knoblauch and his team of professionals to dismantle and reconnect my two units on our newly-shingled roof. Their work passed with flying colors and I have them to thank. Help! is just a phone call away for all your HVAC needs.

Always excellent, dependable service from Help A/C and I have always said so in the survey I receive after the annual maintenance, which is not scheduled this year until September 22, 2025. So, I can't review a service until I receive it. This is the second time in less than a week that I am receiving this request, for service that I have not received yet. I even called and reported this, but now I am receiving it again. It seems that your IT service needs servicing!

Our 4 ton Amanda AC which was 17 years old was removed and replaced with a 5 ton TRANE AC in 1 day on 5/26/2025. Jonathan, the technician, returned to check the system on 6/3/2025. He was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. He ensured that the AC system was working well, and assisted with setting the thermostat's daily temperatures.
