A polite and helpful person answered the HELP office phone. They scheduled someone to come to my house the same day. They called me before the tech arrived. Technician Jordan L. was professional and personable. He found the problem, then gave me an accurate estimate allowing me to decide if I wanted the repair. Amazingly they had the part in stock for my twenty year old furnace, so I was up and running the same day. I am pleased with this company for my first experience. Note: they use a chart to charge for repairs grouped by type, so that's what they charge no matter how long it takes to complete.

Rich provided everything I would want in an AC maintenance situation. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain any concerns he came across, but also wasn’t an alarmist and gave me realistic advice about our aging system. He was also very polite, intelligent, friendly and punctual. Help has a loyal new customer for sure!

I was charged almost $250 for “repairs,” but no repairs were actually done. I was told in order to fix the issue, I would need a new unit. If this were the case, I don’t believe I should be charged for repairs that were not done.
The technician who came out was very nice and did appear to be knowledgeable.

I waited 6 months to leave a review for Help because I wanted it to be accurate. This is truly a professional and honest business. They had been servicing my dated HVAC system for a couple of years before I had my system replaced by them in January 2019. My prior air conditioning and heating units were both 15+ years old. Help would come out each year for maintenance and would be honest and tell me that although the system was still working, it was very dated and inefficient. They never pressured me to replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time and finally decided to replace with them. I could not have been happier with my experience. Every person I have ever dealt with from Help has been competent and pleasant. The quote was honest and fair. The crew that came out for the install was professional and respectful. I have had no problems and have used both the heater and AC units. Best part is that my electric and heating bills have gone down. I highly recommend this business.

Help Air Conditions & Heating have been servicing our systems for over 30 years. I wouldn’t trust my unit with any other company. Had my scheduled yearly maintenance yesterday and received great service as usual. The technician was David G. who is the best. He listens to concerns and questions and he explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He is professional, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. I totally trust him just like I trusted his Dad for so many years when he worked for Help Air. Also important to me is that he puts me at ease when he is here taking care of the unit. Stop Looking for AC Contractors, You have found the best with Help AC! Trying to find a AC contractor is a grueling task to replace your AC. I received 3 quotes. The reason I went with AC is because Mr. Kenny gave me the most comprehensive analysis of my situation. Mr. Kenny knew so much more than the other contractors that came to my house for quotes. He knew how to deal with an old New Orleans house that only comes with decades of experience. Moreover, he did not try to sell me the most expensive system but tailored the new unit to fit my needs. I have historic home and getting in and out of the craw space to remove and replace the duct work was not easy. Help AC had an awesome crew that were exceptionally professional. Brandon, the main tech, was knowledgeable and approached each challenge with a cool determination. Most importantly, my house feels 100% better than before they replaced my unit. Any question I have had since the installation have been answered within the same business day. I am truly blessed to have found Help AC!

My landlord called this company to repair our ac after spending 2 nights in the heat. They came out yesterday did the repair and it's still not working. I would think that I would be prioritize being that their name is still at stake however late afternoon and I am still waiting. I am wondering about this company and if they care about the intergty.
This is absolutely too long to wait in the heat for something that has been fixed and paid for already.
I manage a hotel and I definitely plan on spreading the word.

Beware! We have been using Help! as our service provider for a few years. They also do the regular servicing of our AC unit. Our AC went out in July. They came 24 hours later to check on it (soonest they could come) and they charged me $300 to do something with the compressor and told me it had to be replaced immediately, that it would not make it until end of summer. I had a second opinion come out. they were horrified, the AC unit just needed a simple cleaning. They were astonished Help! did not do it while they were here. Additionally, the estimate Help! gave me was almost $3k more than what they said we need for the house. Honestly, I could understand some random company trying to rip us off, but as our service provider, someone we have a relationship with... I expect better.
