My husband and I have been very pleased with HELP AC services over the past 6 years. We recently needed some ductwork repair. Jared came out the same day to assess our problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and arranged for our work to be scheduled as it involved ordering parts, Jared was able to take care of some of our problems that same day which we really appreciated. He is great! Also it’s a pleasure talking with the phone staff who are helpful.

My 76 yr old mother’s air condition stopped working in her condo and I just wasn’t sure who to call since they have to do things a lil differently with a condo on the second floor. These guys here were awesome came immediately, very professional and unfortunately couldn’t fix it that day but they ordered part, kept in touch with me , explained in detail what the problem was and within a few days my mom had her a/c back. I would absolutely use the guys again!

My A/C unit suddenly began blowing hot air on a Saturday. I called HELP A/C for service immediately, expecting to get scheduled for a service call at least earliest on Monday. But, within a half-hour, I received a return phone call from the service tech who was on "after hours" duty, and he arrived to fix my system a short time later. He saved us from the discomfort of what would have been a very hot weekend. I have been a customer of HELP A/C for a number of years because of this kind of service availability.

I've been a Help! Air Conditioning customer for 10+ years, and have been happy with their service for the same number of years. I recently had my annual inspection on my 3 HVAC systems, a service that I have performed every year. Their techs are always courteous and professional, and inform me on what service and/or maintenance they are performing on the call. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Tech checked out our equipment. Found nothing wrong or anything he could correct. Not completely satisfied.
Overall this has been a very good company for us.

This company is fantastic! They answer your call quickly and are able to get you in fast if service is needed. The technicians that come to your home are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are competitive and fair.

My tech was amazing! He identified the issue with certainty ,explained to me exactly what was the problem and went on to make the repair! Go us cooled down in no time He was such a nice guy very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I can’t remember his name , but he was fabulous.

I panicked when my central system failed on Wednesday evening. My guests were scheduled to arrive on Friday and although I have a maintenance plan this is New Orleans and nothing moves quickly. The answering service was responsive but my fears did not fade. By 7:30 am the dispatch for Help AC called to notify that a technician would be arriving after 2 pm. I felt better but parts and timing were still an unknown. By 3pm the technician had not arrived. By 7 pm I had given up hope in spite of the dispatcher confirming there was still a chance. The scheduled tech suffered heat exhaustion and had ended their day early. But Kieth proudly called at 8 pm to say he was driving from Kenner to Bywater and would be a beacon of their brand HELP. AC. By 9:15pm Keith rolled out of the driveway and my system was running as it should. My guests will arrive today no wiser of the drama and my consternation over a potential Host nightmare! Cool your heels and know that Kenny and his team geaux beyond the norm to accommodate their clients.
FYI highly recommend the annual plan for savings on parts labor and the best service in NOLA!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! Customer Service was outstanding when I called to advise our air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The lady I spoke with was so kind and very professional. A technician came out the same day and replaced the part immediately. I would recommend HELP to anyone needing AC/HVAC assistance. They are fantastic!!

We had an issue late on a Friday. Of course Louisiana was rearing its head and made this an unlivable situation. HELP AC. came out did the repairs and was still cheaper than anyone else. Their team is respectful and professional. They stand on their ethics and always put the customer first! Amazing service and a quality you don’t often find! I now have a yearly contract with them and I’m cool in the summer and warm in the winter! Highly recommended!

Awesome SERVICE!! I have 2 properties and HELP SERVICE replaced the HVAC systems in both. Couldn't have been happier. Shout out to David G. Sales/service member extraordinaire. 20 years @HELP and loved by his customers for his expertise and willingness to treat his customers with respect. Core (one of the owners) is also awesome and willing to listen first to resolve any issues.

We are very pleased with our first experience with Help!! The technician arrived ahead of time, listened to our concerns, and proceeded to check out our system, while explaining as he went through our concerns. As a result we signed up for their maintenance contract, for which they discounted the service as if we already had a contract. A 20% savings. Great job!

I have a yearly maintenance contract with Help!! Air , last Thursday October 2, Jared came out and did the maintenance on my system to make sure it is ready for the winter season. Jared did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable. The office called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and they called the morning of to let me know when the tech would be coming . I have been using Help!! Air for 12 years now, very happy with the service and the pricing.
