Came in on a Saturday the system was down and unable to get equipment. 2 hours later Jeremy called me and came in after hours to make it happen.

Call got rolled over from my local South Texas store just before 04:30 and linked up to Jeremy. My guy sounded like he had 3 or 4 things goin at once and he still handled business. Big props to Jeremy in Nola!

Before getting blessed with Jeromy as my go to guy for Lennox I would wait for extended amount of wasted time obtaining Lennox parts. I mentioned my frustration about the amount of time I was wasting in our busiest months when I had to deal with Lennox. He immediately gave me his number to text everything so I didn’t have to wait on hold and has made my life easier when dealing with Lennox. I really appreciate his amazing customer service skills been on field over 20 years and he is positively one of the best I have worked with in Lennox by far!!
