TM turned a Sunday evening a/c crisis into a positive experience. After calling several other companies with no luck, we were relieved when they answered and said that they could get someone out that night to diagnose it. Within about an hour, our service technician Mike arrived. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue, fixed it and documented everything. We appreciate him explaining everything to us. He was very skilled, knowledgeable, thorough and the company seems to really value customer service. I highly recommend them whether it’s an a/c emergency or just regular maintenance on your units they are the first company to call.

Tech was great. He did a great job cleaning up all the sludge under the coil. He even showed me before and after pics. I called the evening before. They offered to come out that evening. I declined but he did come out first thing the next morning.

Josh was great. He called when he was on his way carefully checked everything and explained all of the issues made suggestions for filter changes that would be more efficient and scheduled a return appointment to fix issues. Josh was sympathetic to my particular financial situation. He is an asset to your company.

I have been a customer of Total Maintenance for many years. As always Tim was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that really cares and goes out of their way every single time. Very much appreciated.

Kieth saved my butt when my AC went out in the late evening. Within the hour he was out and fixing my thermostat and AC unit. His professionalism and knowledge are TOP NOTCH! Ya'll have a customer for life.

Outrageous prices, 250$ dollars per pound of refrigerant. The worker was cool but charging someone 250 dollars per lb is crazy. Being told you needed 2 lbs and when i had someone come out they only added a half pound. 65$. Yeah no thank you

If i could give them 0 stars I would, they don’t know how to run a company and take weeks to finish an EASY job !!! I wouldn’t recommend this buisness there are many better company’s out there with much better prices !
