I have worked with Crescent for over 20 years. They have been unfailingly responsive when I’ve had a problem and timely with routine maintenance. Always polite and professional, their recommendations have always been in my best interests. They know what they’re doing and they do it well.

This was my first experience with this company but it was all great service. They are polite, explain to you what needs to be done and actually shows up to do the work! I can't say how many times I had to call other ac companies to follow up and chase them down. Crescent is that old school type service that gets it done and in a very quick turn around. No excuses, other ac companies should take notes! Crescent will be our new go to for repairs and yearly maintenance, we appreciate your professionalism !

These are most wonderful AC people I have ever done business with. I have now used them twice and both times they took care of me quickly very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The first time was replacing one of our units outside and the second time was replacing the fan motor in our old unit. These people are the best from answering the phone to the technician coming out everything is first class. The technicians at Crescent AC and Heating provided exceptional professionalism, answering my HVAC Repair questions patiently and completing the work with precision.Throughout the whole process, the company's prompt and courteous staff impressed me with their professionalism.

Love Crescent AC! They are so quick to come out. They had to replace my upstairs unit in April and were able to turn it around really quickly. I called yesterday afternoon because I realized my downstairs unit was on the fritz. Brian came out first thing this morning and was able to fix it!! Everyone in South Louisiana needs a high quality AC person on speeddial - make Crescent AC yours!!
