They sat on the floor and waited for as long as they needed to until they rectified the issue for my father and I. My God. Their strong tenacity and work ethic proved to be something that this world needs more of: resilent hard working, dedicated working professionals like them. Now our home is beyond cool and like living in Antartica its so freezing cold! They are AIR PROS for damn sure!

Absolutely appalled at the individual who was parked in the handicap zone in the parking lot of 13100 River Rd. Oschner Medical Building in Destrehan, la. Absolutely no respect for people who have disabilities and can't get out of thier vehicle. I needed an entire new air conditioning system. This company was referred to me by a neighbor who had a very positive experience with them. They came out the day I called, had an estimate the next day and were ready to put in the new system. They arrived promptly at the time they stated, wearing booties and laying down drop cloths so as not to soil my carpet. Very professional and competent. In a time when it is hard to find companies that do a good job and are honest, I would highly recommend this company.

Worked with them the winter of 2024/2025. I had a 5 year old samsung mini split that stopped working. They diagnosed the problem as a broken motherboard. They managed to track down a new motherboard and load the necessary software for my unit. This was made more challenging as samsungs mini splits are an obsolete product in the eyes of samsung, but they were able to find the necessary parts and replace them. They have some really solid technicians and all around staff. Very pleased. Would definitely work with them again.
