In my 3 years of being in my home ,Temperature Pro is by far the best. Through out the appointment process the customer service reached out via text with the status of my appointment .Troy the repair / technician guy was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem that I was having with my AC. He explained in details of what needed to be done and waisted no time fixing the problem.

When my thermostat quit working I called to have a technician service it. When he arrived he said it was my service disconnect in my attic that was at fault and they would repair for an additional $250. I went into the attic and looked for myself. The box was completely melted. The only people who messed with it was the installers who probably didn't tighten the lugs on the power coming from the unit. They could have burnt my freaking house down and then have the audacity to try to charge me to fix it. I have video evidence of everything before I replaced the $16 service disconnect myself. My next step is to contact Sears who they were contracted through. Sears is another bad joke, very hard to speak with a live person.

Nestor, their technician, was on time, dressed professionally in an Temperature Pro uniform and arrived in a Temperature Pro Van. He wore his mask the entire time he was at my home. He was extremely courteous and identified the problem, which was an bad igniter switch in about 15 minutes. He had all the necessary equipment, from a ladder to tools to do the job with no inconvenience to me as a customer. He was even kind enough to replace a filter (which I already had) for me. I highly recommend Temperature Pro for any and all AC or heating needs. Very satisfied!!

TemperaturePro was sent to repair our a/c unit by our home warranty co. Nestor was our tech. and Troy was our office contact. Communication was top notch and Nestor was really efficient and personable, he found the problem and returned next day to make repairs. 4/20/21 we're back to a having cool (very) air from our 25 plus yr old Trane system. Would highly recommend 👌 them.

It was a great experience working with Temperature Pro during my time of need.. The owner Mr Troy personally came out and introduced himself and assured me the job will be done in a timely manner.. Mr Troy was very professional and stayed in touch while attempting to find out the problem to my A/C unit not working properly. He left for the day after attempting to find out the problem and came back due to having another idea of what the problem might be and knowing I didn’t have any A/C.. Mr Troy is the best at what he do and I highly recommend his service...

They arrived on schedule(1pm) to replace the fan motor. My husband was home when they came out, but I called and Troy patiently and thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. They had to wait on authorization from our warranty and had to pick up the part, but were so committed to finishing the job that they returned at 8pm that night to ensure we slept comfortably. I would definitely recommend TemperaturePro and use the company again!

Troy at TemperaturePro provided me with the highest quality of service. The price was very reasonable being much cheaper than I had anticipated. Complete transparency with his costs and unmatched service. You won’t regret using him for any of your air conditioning needs/repairs. Having dealt with frustrating maintenance in the past with others, I wouldn’t recommend anybody else. 10/10 service across the board.

Troy provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up on time and I was alerted when he was on the way. Troy took his time to explain to me what my problem was and provided me with a future plan to help with my AC. He got us blowing cool again . Appreciate this Service and he is good people. Great attitude and took his time to make sure everything was good. These guys also have all the tools they need to get the job done. After dealing with some bad contractors, it felt great to have people that’s honest and will go great lengths to get the job done . Update 4/17/22 - Troy came out today to get us back up and running and offered us some wonderful programs to get a new AC unit as our unit is on its last leg. Over time Troy and his team has kept our AC unit running and in working order. The time is coming to update our system and we definitely will be hire TemperaturePro to do the work. Update 5/22/22 - Troy and his team installed air handler and ac unit for my family and I today! If you want great service and a person that will stay and finish the job until it’s done perfect is a hard service standard to find today. He did not leave neither has co worker as they made sure our system was 100% good. Thanks for not giving up on us and continue the great work that you guys do! I recommend temperature pro to everybody I run across in need of AC work. Make the call and you will not regret it!

Had seasonal maintenance service done and it was a very thorough process.

Phil was great! Quick and efficient! He came by to check my heater and everything looked good. I love this service where they come by to check my HVAC periodically.

Keith came to my house on 07/26/2025 and he did such an amazing job. He was fast and efficient. I love this company! They come out fast and fix the issue. I have always had a good experience. Keith was also very friendly, which is always very nice!

I was charged for services I didn’t need. The technician did not properly assess the issue and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. The problem ended up being exactly what I said it was, which would have been a very inexpensive repair (5 feet of wire) instead, they did a $500 repair I didn’t need, it blew out again, I had them come back and replace the 5 feet I asked them to replace originally and low and behold the entire problem was fixed. Could have been done in 30 minutes. Took multiple hours.

Absolutely outstanding service. I had not used River City Total Maintenance, but was referred by my AC person due to him being tied up on another job. Josh arrived, we discussed what was going on and he rapidly diagnosed the problem. He had the part on his truck and my AC was working within 30 minutes of his arrival. GREAT SERVICE!

Joey was very helpful, friendly and informative.
Bobby gave us a really high quote on a new AC. Said he would call us back about getting a discount since we were Steve’s customer but he never called back. We found another company that was $8000 cheaper for the same equipment. We were really disappointed that we didn’t get a call back to even check and see if we were going to choose Total Maintenance or not.

We have used Total Maintenance on 2 different occasions for various AC issues and both timest the service was great. They quickly called me back to schedule an appointment and the technician arrived on time and updated me regarding ETA. Very pleased and will use them again in the future!

Phil came out today to do my generator 6 mos inspection. As always, I am so satisfied with this company. The staff, both in the office and those on the ground are top notch. I continue to recommend Total Maintenance. Thank you.

Antoine, Cameron, Justin, and Garrett installed new a.c. and furnace for me and as usual they were top notch. They worked efficiently, were extremely courteous and cleaned up everything. They didn't leave til the job was finished. A full days work. Now I have a brand new system. I couldn't be happier with their work. Keith Myles, and Troy took really good care of me when my a.c. wasn't working properly. Received a call back from Troy within 10 minutes and Keith arrived iess than an hour later.
Keith finished the call and I am now enjoying cool air. Outstanding job!!! Lucas, you definitely have an Elite team. I won't have any other company come out to do any work for me. Personal touch, knowledgeable service techs,and always courteous. They treat me as family!!!

Terry from Total Maintenance came out today to repair one of the toilets. Not only was he knowledgeable, but was courteous, kind and did an amazing job.
