Getting someone over to come clean the vents for myself and my tenants happened in a very timely manner. The men who came to do the work had to deal with the INTENSE heat in my attic, despite this they were quick, kind, and professional! I have some peace of mind knowing that my vents have been cleaned probably for the first time since my home was built!

We called to make an appointment for an estimate on duct cleaning, and the earliest they could get to us was a week & a half later, for just the estimate! I can't imagine how much longer it would take for them to actually come do the work. In the meantime, we got a few other estimates. Three other reputable companies gave estimates hundreds lower than AdvantaClean for the exact same services. Also, while the guy was out at our house, my husband said that he took pictures, used our bathroom, took a lengthy personal call about fixing his truck, and then left with no explanation of anything and just said he'd get an estimate to us later. Incredibly disappointed in this "service." Obviously we'll be going with one of the other companies.

I love this company. The workers were on time and worked diligently, cleaning up after they left. Jonathan Porter was great in outlining what they could do to improve the poor air quality in the house--(we all had been suffering with allergy like symptoms)-- he answered all our questions and was on site throughout the process.. An air quality test was conducted, followed by air duct cleaning and treatment which has made an amazing difference! I highly recommend this company!

When you are totally consumed with the aftermath of a disaster it sure is nice to have the knowledge of this company to help with the process of cleanup . Henry was the Best !

AdvantaClean came out to my house in the Lakeview area, and cleaned my dryer ducts last week. They really did a great job! The employee was a very nice guy, and he really seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I tried to do this on my own a couple a couple of months back, and not only did I do a terrible job because it was still full of lint, but I made a absolute mess. They had some pretty tick equipment that made the job super efficient. They were on time, and left the work area cleaner than it was when he got there! I will have these guys come back out to do my A/C ducts soon. Highly recommended.

AdvantaClean has helped keep our house mold-free and was instrumental in diagnosing the cause of said mold (temperature differential between house and attic was causing condensation on the AC ducts, leading to spots of mold near our vents). AdvantaClean came out to my house when I had some water damage from a busted hot water heater. Jonathan and Scott were at my house within an hour and got right to work. Around this time last week, after just moving into my new house, I turned on my heat for the first time...and black dust began falling from the register. I tried to ignore it, but I would wake up in the morning stuffed up and feeling terrible. At night, I'd go to bed feeling like I was sleeping on an airplane; the air smelled stale.

So I called AdvantaClean, and they came out for a free estimate a day or two later. They moved things around and got me an appointment for that week on the only day I could do it.

The crew arrived punctually and professionally. They cleaned everything thoroughly, and were done with my entire one-bedroom unit in two hours. When a piece of my attic access broke off as they were cleaning in the attic, they called a contractor and had it taken care of the very next day.

I turned on my heat again yesterday for the first time since the black dust, and immediately noticed the difference. This morning, I woke up warm and feeling great: no stuffy eyes or nose, no stagnant air.

I came to New Orleans to oversee a large hotel project, and AdvantaClean was the best choice I made during this emergency restoration process. Every phase of the job to clean up my flooded house was done promptly and professionally. The technicians explained everything in the process and worked hard to minimize a bad situation. From the very beginning appointments were not kept. Workers did not show up on some days and did not have the proper equipment and other days they only worked partial days. No one from the company ever called to let me know appointments were not going to be kept or that workers were not going to show up. When I called the company I left messages for Jonathan, one of the co-owners, but he never contacted me. After after a month they were supposed to come back and check to see if the job was successful with helping with my moisture problem. After 5 weeks I called them and made an appointment with Jonathan. Once again he didn't show up nor did he call. Since that time I have tried leaving 8 or 10 messages over a 3 month period for Jonathan and one for his partner Scott. Neither one of them has returned my call. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend them.

Henry from AdvantaClean was very professional and honest. He checked my entire house for mold after hurricane Ida and told me what I needed done. I was at ease with him and knew his company wouldn't take advantage of my situation and just wanted to make sure I got taken care of.

I had a leak from an upstairs bathroom, and we used AdvantaClean. They were very professional, clean, efficient and thorough. I am very confident in the repair work because they walked through all that had been done and offered suggestions for the additional work needed.
