Bryan and his crew were great! Very professional.

We recently purchased a 100 year old house and I don't believe that the ducts had ever been cleaned. My wife was complaining that her allergies were acting up and overall there just seemed to be problems with the air quality.

The AdvantaClean team was awesome. They were very polite, conscientious (putting plastic booties over there shoes every time they came in and out) and patiently explained everything they were doing.

They carefully pulled off each vent cover, cleaned, sprayed and sealed. They went up in the attic, cleaned out evaporator coils, sealed any holes in the system, vacuumed and sprayed up there. Then hooked their giant vacuum to each system and pulled all the accumulated dust and junk out of the duct system.

As a bonus, they went and cleaned our dryer vent.

The whole process took a full day (I have a large house with three central units), but they were dedicated and working hard the whole time. They even cleaned up well after themselves.

Since the process, the air in the house smells better, my wife's allergies are gone, and the AC units run better, cooler, stronger. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering the same problems.

I had a very wonderful experience with AdvantaClean from start to finish. Henry Oliver came to do the estimate and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and proposed solution. Whereas another company wanted to just change my plenum, Henry advised me that a thorough cleaning, disinfection, and sealing of ducts would do the job. He also outlined another project with my attic ventilation that we would do in spring. The crew, Jamal and Taj, were efficient, very pleasant, and really meticulous in their performance. He told us the repairs we needed and also advised that my son could no longer sleep in that room. He was patient, professional, courteous and kind. I am going to be using their service to do remediation at my home from Hurricane Ida damage. I hope I can work with Henry again. I definitely recommend them.

I did extensive remodeling in my home, which included much sheetrock, sanding, and painting. No matter how much we tried to clean during this process, white dust permeated throughout the house and continued to appear on furniture and fixtures. We were obviously breathing this in, as well.

Advantaclean cleaned out all ductwork and registers while filtering the air in the home to where the dust is gone. Our home is now cleaner and we are breathing easier.

Ronnie and Bryan did a fabulous job. These guys worked really well as a team. They kept the job site very clean while they pulled wet insulation out of the wall. They created clever containment areas; and they were very considerate of my house keeping areas clean and walkways clear. Equipment to dry the wet areas did the job. Bryan and Ronnie continually took moisture readings, and photos. I’m very impressed by the quality of the job.

Black particles were flying out of one of my vents. I am pleased that thus matter has been resolved, and it smells nicer in my home.

AdvantaClean helped dry out my son’s camper when his son left a pipe dripping during a freeze and forgot to open the drain so it flooded.
They also helped me when my washing machine malfunctioned and kept filling and overflowing until it flooded parts of my 2nd floor and ran down to the 1st floor.
They responded quickly and did the water remediation as well as the necessary repairs to the floors and walls. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Pedro and Barrett from AdvantaClean did an above-and-beyond job cleaning a PTAC unit that had contributed to mold growth in my storage unit. First of all, AdvantaClean was the only company of MANY I contacted that was willing and able to clean a PTAC unit. While cleaning the AC unit, they discovered it had no way to drain condensation, so they added drainage holes in the pan to prevent water from backing up into the wall again. They also discovered 3 wasp nests with live wasps inside the AC unit, and removed them! Truly above and beyond service! I would absolutely recommend AdvantaClean.

Bryan did an amazing job today. Had a pipe leak in ceiling running down the wall causing mold. Called yesterday and came out today to remove wall and start mold remediation process. Bryan was fast, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and especially Bryan!
