These people are fantastic! Highly recommend them! From the engineering team to customer service and the teams that did the electrical work and installed the panels. All of them were great!

I decided to get solar panels after Hurricane Ida. Before the hurricane my entergy bill average $200 a month. After the hurricane my bill was $400 to $500 a month for about 4 months. Once my solar panels were installed, up and running then my bill average was about $100 a month. Last summer was the hottest summer we ever experienced with 115 temperatures. My entergy bill averaged maybe $200 to $250 while other entergy bills were $400 and $500. I Love my solar panels from Solar Alternatives!!!

We recently had Solar Alternatives install solar panels on our house, a raised double. We had one side of the house done in 2024 by another company. Less than a year later, they were out of business.

That person was Brady Morgan. He went through the entire project with us, did the leg work of determining what our current electrical needs are, contrasted it with the system already in place, and put together a plan that net our needs and fit our budget.

Brady is a professional in every sense of the word. He’s been with the company and knows the industry inside and out. He believes in customer service and operates on the principle that if the customer is not happy, then no one is happy. He was a breeze to work with. He made things happen.

Installation was quick and seamless, but following through with Entergy was not! After two months of waiting for Entergy to approve our installation and get us connected, we found out that a required City Permit had not been issued. When I wrote both to the city and to Solar Alternatives, lo and behold the city came out and issued the permit on that very day. Now we're still paying Entergy $250 electricity charges every month while we wait -- well into our 3rd month after installation -- to get connected. Solar Alternatives dropped the ball here :-(

I have been very pleased with Solar Alternatives in Nola. They are responsive and provide quality service. For example, they recently resolved a constant noise issue that was apparently caused by a brief outage and blown breaker on a SATURDAY afternoon. It would have been miserable to wait until Monday —-for my neighbors and me.

I was getting a spot check on my electrical and jeff helped me with resolving an issue I've had with my fan lamp. He was able to take it apart and i finally have the light to work on. This is part of the hero plan so that i have preventative maintenance.

This was my routine A/C preventive maintenance service and both Chis and his assistant were professional. They checked both my air handler and A/C unit and explained the possibility of changing a/c unit in the future. Chris compared last year’s price and the current price and was able updated their system so when the time comes to replace my system everything is updated and ready to go. This attention to detail is very important in reducing the down time.

Very prompt and polite, did a very thorough inspection of our 2 — 3 ton heater units. Would 100% recommend Matt to come back.
